| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the training and management of civil servants at all levels of government has accelerated into the track of law.However,under the influence of many factors,there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies in the current training and management of civil servants,which restrict the development of the training work and make the training work fail to maximize and optimize the role of training talents.This paper takes the training and management of civil servants of Z District government as the research object.In order to further understand the problems existing in the training and management of civil servants of Z District government,this paper uses the on-site interview method,questionnaire survey method,qualitative analysis method,comparative analysis method and induction and summary method to conduct research.First of all,the current situation of the training and management of government officials in Z district is studied,starting from the basic situation of the training and management of government officials in Z district,and combining with the achievements of the training and management of government officials in Z District in recent years.Secondly,interviews were conducted with the principals and staff of the training and management organization for government officials in Z District,and questionnaires were distributed to all government officials in Z district.Finally,through the analysis of the interview and survey results,it is found that the current problems in the training management of civil servants in the government of Z district are mainly as follows:first,the strength of the training management subject is weak;Second,the training mode is relatively simple;Third,the training content lacks pertinence;Fourth,the training management is not binding enough.The reasons for the above problems are as follows:(1)the superior does not pay enough attention to training management;(2)The training management mode is not perfect;(3)Public officials have insufficient understanding of the importance of training management.In order to effectively solve the problems highlighted in the training and management of government civil servants in Z District in recent years,and provide reference for the future training and management of government civil servants in Z District,this paper on the basis of clear guiding ideology through the innovation of management concepts,establishment of training objectives,improve supporting policies,improve the training environment and other aspects of improvement countermeasures and suggestions.A training and management system for government civil servants with clear goals,supporting laws and regulations,sound mechanisms,appropriate contents and scientific methods has been established.The specific countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:(1)Fully realize the importance of optimizing training management;(2)Build an efficient training management system;(3)Ensure the efficient operation of the training management system.This paper puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures for the main problems existing in the training and management of civil servants in Z District government,which will not only be of great benefit to the improvement of the quality and career development of civil servants in Z District government,but more importantly,it has certain reference value for the reform of the personnel management system of the current government departments and the construction of the cadre team. |
