Research On Optimization Of Demolition And Resettlement Work In X City Y Shantytown Reconstruction Based On Residents' Satisfactio

As a legacy problem of our social development,the shantytowns have seriously restricted our economic construction and the development of modern cities.As early as 2008,the Chinese government put forward the policy requirements of shantytown reconstruction,but with the emergence of a variety of problems in the process of reconstruction,residents have a lot of dissatisfaction with the demolition and resettlement,with low satisfaction.Residents are the beneficiaries of such projects.The core evaluation criterion for the success of the reconstruction of rundown areas is to promote the high satisfaction of rundown residents.Therefore,the investigation focusing on their satisfaction is helpful to provide more reference and basis for the reconstruction of shanty towns,help the government departments to identify the existing work defects,adjust the relevant management decisions,establish a communication mechanism with the residents to ensure that the residents can timely feedback the situation and put forward suggestions,so as to create a more reasonable social supervision environment.It has important research significance.By means of field investigation method and empirical analysis method,this study fully applies the scientific theory of human settlement environment and the theory of satisfaction,puts forward the concept of residents’ satisfaction in demolition and resettlement and the interrelationship between the constituent elements,and proposes to apply residents’ satisfaction to the research of shantytown reconstruction to improve the research results of shantytown reconstruction.Then,the influence model of shantytown residents’ satisfaction is constructed.On the basis of referring to the customer satisfaction at home and abroad and the existing household satisfaction models in China,the paper constructs the influence model of residents’ satisfaction in demolition and resettlement.Firstly,the paper selects the influencing factors of residents’ satisfaction in demolition and resettlement by using the literature analysis method,and selects the influencing factors by using the Delphi method.The index system includes first-level indicators such as housing condition,service provision,living environment,surrounding facilities and location conditions,as well as 36 second-level indicators.Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to invite experts to score and determine the corresponding weight of each influencing factor,so as to establish a formal satisfaction model.In combination with the model of influence on the satisfaction of residents in demolition and resettlement during the reconstruction of rundown town in Y District of X City,the questionnaire was designed to investigate the residents in rundown town in Y District of X City,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the satisfaction of residents in demolition and resettlement.Through the evaluation,it can be concluded that the demolition and resettlement work in Y District of X City is generally ideal at the present stage,but there are still some individual problems,which are mainly reflected in employment guidance services,community culture,medical and educational facilities,front-line implementation of norms,and policy publicity.Finally,on the basis of the above data survey and analysis,the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the level of demolition and resettlement work from five aspects,so as to improve the satisfaction of residents: first,do a good job in the publicity of the shantytown reconstruction policy;Second,we will improve the policy of compensation and resettlement for rebuilding rundown areas.Third,we will take more measures to increase the re-employment rate.Fourth,vigorously develop community culture;Fifth,multi-angle transformation of relocation environment,improve supporting facilities;Sixth,improve the overall quality of staff.Finally,the paper elaborates on the shortcomings of the impact model of residents’ satisfaction in demolition and resettlement,and expects to improve it in future follow-up studies.This thesis takes the satisfaction degree of reconstruction,demolition and resettlement of shantytown as the starting point,and builds the impact model of residents’ satisfaction degree.Based on this,the study on the demolition and resettlement work in the reconstruction of shantytown further complements and improves the current research,promotes the perfection of the satisfaction theory,and provides more basis and reference for the decision-making of government departments,which is innovative to a certain extent.
