| Peasant’s ideological and political education,as an important part of ideological and political education work,is the focus of propaganda work and spiritual civilization construction of the Communist Party of China.Modern village rules and regulations not only continue the excellent village customs and traditions of moral education in rural society,but also absorb and develop the content of socialist core values.Tapping the connotation of the ideological and political education as a cultural carrier of village rules and regulations can improve the effectiveness of peasants’ ideological and political education and promote the revitalization of rural culture.This thesis has the following four parts:The first part is an introduction.It explains the background of the topic,and makes a literature review.It is found that the study of village rules and regulations in ideological and political education is not deep enough,based on which the main points and innovation of this thesis are proposed.The second part includes the explaination of the concepts of village rules and regulations and peasants’ ideological and political education.And also the reasons“why” they are integrated is explored.At the theoretical level,Marxist theory on the all-round of development of human beings explains the importance of the construction of human spiritual civilization,in which peasants’ ideological and political education is an important part;Marxist theory of human subjectivity explains the possibility of self-education of peasants;ideological and political carrier theory bridges village rules and peasants’ ideological and political education.At the realistic level,village rules and regulations can propose new solutions to the challenges faced by peasants’ ideological and political education in order to meet the needs of peasants’ modern development.The two are logically compatible in terms of basic objectives,educational concepts,educational contents and educational practices,and have the feasibility of integration.In the third part,the empirical investigation method is used to examine the current situation of S town.It is found that peasants’ participation in the construction of textual and organizational forms of village rules and regulations has enhanced patriotism and collective consciousness,optimized moral quality and cultivation,improved democratic awareness and the rule of law,and enhanced ecological and environmental awareness.However,at the explicit level,there is a problem of incomplete approaches.And at the implicit level,there is a dilemma of insufficient thinking and low acceptance by peasants.The reasons can be attributed to the education team,peasants’ psychology and environmental safeguard.The fourth part is a study of the specific measures of making full use of village rules and regulations as a local ideological and political education carrier and optimizing the ideological and political education for peasants in the western China from the individual to the general.In terms of education foundations,the credibility,appeal and attractiveness of village rules and regulations should be enhanced;in terms of education subjectives,an education team comprising party and government leaders,village committees,grid members and volunteers should be organized;in terms of education means,mechanism,education,guidance,penetration and motivation should be adopted;in terms of education mechanism,management mechanism,activity mechanism,environment mechanism and public opinion mechanism should be soundly integrated. |
