| As a big agricultural country,the stable development of our country’s rural society is very important.Education is an important force to change the rural landscape and promote rural development.Preschool education is the starting point of life-long education,is the cornerstone of individual development.Pre-school education can not only guarantee and promote the healthy development of children,but also achieve social equity in a broader sense and promote sound economic and social development.Rural pre-school education is a weak link in our country’s pre-school education,how to promote the healthy development of our country’s rural pre-school education is an important issue before us.In recent years,preschool education in Jiangsu province as a whole has made great progress.However,in some relatively backward areas,especially in rural areas,the government financial investment is insufficient,teachers are weak,and the facilities of kindergartens are poor.This situation is not conducive to the better realization of educational equity in the rural areas of the region,nor is it conducive to the long-term development of rural society in these areas.Therefore,this paper takes the rural preschool education in G County,a large agricultural county in Jiangsu province as the research object,through sorting out the research results of rural preschool education at home and abroad,and using the relevant theoretical tools of public management,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to collect data,it is found that the outstanding problems of rural preschool education in G county are the backward hardware facilities,the weak quality of teachers and the low quality of education and teaching,the main reasons for these problems are the imperfect and unreasonable policy system,the insufficient funds and the lagging ideas of the managers.On this basis,this paper puts forward some basic countermeasures and measures for strengthening and improving rural pre-school education in g county from the aspects of renewing ideology,perfecting policy system,increasing and stabilizing financial investment,perfecting home-and-home cooperation mechanism,and strengthening the construction of teachers.I hope this study can provide useful reference for the development of rural preschool education in Jiangsu province and even the whole country. |
