Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of the whole social construction and the critical period of social transformation,the importance of economic development and security and stability in the border areas is becoming more and more prominent.In order to better serve the development of the border areas and meet the requirements of modern governance,National Immigration Administration was set up CAPF Border Defence Force as the main body to carry out management duties in border areas and border ports.On the premise that the government insists on the people as the center and gradually changes from a management-oriented government to a service-oriented one,the police station,which is at the forefront of social services and an important force to maintain social order,plays an important role.The method of law enforcement,the service concept and the attitude of work directly determine the image of the police station and even the whole government.Change the working ideas,this paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons of the problems caused by the system transformation of the border police stations,such as the weak professional law enforcement ability construction of their own ranks,the low level of performing the duties of the mass prevention and mass control organizations as a whole,and the unimpeded coordination and interaction of multiple departments,etc.On the basis of the existing theoretical and practical research results at home and abroad,this paper provides practical suggestions for the realization of the optimization of functions,the improvement of working ability and efficiency,and the optimization of self-construction and system,etc.The functions of Border Police stations will be better adapted to the needs of the society and the masses.
