| After entering the new stage of development,the social contradictions in China have changed,and promoting the strategy of rural revitalization has become the subject matter accordingly.One of the purposes of implementing the rural revitalization strategy is to promote the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas,so the focus of national social development will continue to be placed on rural areas for a period of time,continuously promoting public education,medical and health care,social security and other resources to rural areas,and gradually establishing a sound basic public service system with universal coverage,universal sharing and urban and rural integration.However,the reality is that there are still many problems in the process of supplying public products and services in rural areas in China due to the limitations of insufficient financial investment and the dual economic system between urban and rural areas.Therefore,how to solve these problems has become an important issue for the government to consider,and it will have a profound impact on the future development of rural areas.Therefore,the research topic of this paper has strong contemporary significance and innovation.The article takes Inner Mongolia’s Ba Lin You Qi as the research object,and analyzes the supply problem that "policies are always on the way,services are always on the lips,and benefits are not really on the body" in some less developed areas,especially in rural pastoral areas.In this article,we study the "last mile" problem of rural public service supply in this region,analyze the causes of the problem,and try to find out the common factors in rural public service supply,so as to provide some reference for other regions to optimize the rural public service mechanism.The article mainly adopts field research and participatory observation methods,combining theory and practice to explore the problems of rural public service supply.In order to improve the satisfaction of the public and effectively improve the level of rural governance,we should improve the mechanism of rural public service supply and optimize the supply mode as the starting point,from the four aspects of changing government functions,attaching importance to public participation,strengthening team building and strengthening party building leadership.In order to improve the supply mechanism of rural public services and optimize the supply mode,we propose four solutions,such as changing government functions,attaching importance to public participation,strengthening team building,and strengthening the leadership of party building,so as to realize rural revitalization. |
