Cultivation Of Team Spirit In Chinese Enterprises

Since the early 1970's, team spirit, originating in Japan, has been sweeping across the whole world. Nowadays, with its extraordinary charms, team spirit is touching and influencing every level and corner of the entire globe. In China, however, the importance of the cultivation of team spirit is still underrated by many state-owned enterprises, and feasible methods as well as measures are still lacking. Especially at present, with China's recent entry into WTO, the state-owned enterprises are challenged with economic globalization, which adds even greater importance to the cultivation of team spirit.This thesis, starting from this backdrop, based upon an extensive intake of the experimental findings and achievements by local and international experts, through a comparative study on the construction of team spirit between Japan and American, with a careful analysis of the current practice of team spirit in China, focuses on the necessity, importance of the cultivation of team spirit in China's enterprises as well as on the creation of some highly feasible and practicable methods and measures with Chinese characteristics.
