Research On Risk Control Of Bank Z's Relocation Loan Project

China has become the second largest economic power in the world in terms of GDP and the first laindustrial output value country,but per capita GDP is still far behind developed countries.Poverty is a stumbling block for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way and socialist modernization.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,poverty alleviation was an important task.The state gathered all forces to launch a "fight against poverty" and precise poverty alleviation could solve the gap between the rich and the poor,balance regional economy,alleviate social contradictions and achieve common prosperity and overall well-off.As an important part of precise poverty alleviation,the relocation project needs a lot of financial support,and has a large financing demand.Financial poverty alleviation plays an extremely important role.Because of the particularity of the relocation project,there are many characteristics,such as long investment cycle,public welfare,high operating cost,low return rate,insufficient guarantee,and too many subjects involved in the project.It is easy to encroach on the risks of embezzlement,loan repayment and excessive government financial pressure.Therefore,the establishment of a complete risk management system and strengthening risk prevention and control can effectively promote the successful completion of the relocation project of Z Branch.In this paper,through a detailed analysis of the situation of the relocation loan project of Bank Z,the basic situation and operation mode of the relocation loan of Bank Z are analyzed and studied.Then,using the theory of risk management and combined with their own work experience,the total investment,investment estimation,construction content,construction site,relevant administrative procedures,and the resettlement of the poor people with file and card are analyzed.Qualitative analysis method is used to analyze the policy changes,market fluctuations,business conditions,project completion,source of funds and capital squeeze of the project from the perspective of causality and logic.In six aspects of embezzlement orillegal use,the project is scored by quantitative analysis method,and the risk level of the project is evaluated.Finally,a set of perfect prevention and control countermeasures are put forward.
