Research On Process Of Village Reconstruction Based On Joint Creation Concept

2023 is the first year of the new government’s governance and a key year for China to comprehensively promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.As a key terminal of the social governance system,how to achieve the construction of a "beautiful countryside" and improve the rural revitalization system has become a practical and important issue.Through on-site visits and research,it was found that there are many urgent problems that need to be solved in the process of beautiful rural transformation in most rural areas.Therefore,this article believes that village transformation and rural governance should be fully integrated to ensure that village transformation can effectively serve farmers and agriculture.This article first introduces the development process,main problems,and causes of village renovation processes in China,as well as practical case studies and experience summaries of village renovation at home and abroad.On this basis,the necessity analysis of the village renovation process combined with the concept of co construction is conducted.Then,taking Shiqiaohuan Village in Macheng City as an example,practical research investigation and effectiveness analysis are conducted.Subsequently,targeted research was conducted from the aspects of organization,construction of a diversified governance transformation system,problem positioning,and demand positioning,exploring the formulation of transformation plans,the sequence design of transformation implementation,the construction of transformation supervision mechanisms,and the construction of long-term operation mechanisms.A village transformation process based on the concept of joint creation was proposed.The author of this article,as a staff member of Huanggang City to jointly create a special class,has the professional advantage of in-depth understanding of the actual village transformation.From this,the author analyzes the progressiveness of the village transformation process under the concept of joint creation from three aspects of diversity of work modes,strengthening the subjectivity of villagers,and enhancing the practicality of results,and summarizes a set of village transformation process based on the concept of joint creation,To provide reference and reference for improving the modernization level of rural governance.
