Research On The Cultivation Of New Type Of Professional Famers From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

At present,our development opportunities and challenges coexist,uncertain and unpredictable factors are increasing,so keeping the basic agenda of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is of vital importance.In order to build a great modern socialist country and realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress has proposed implementing the rural revitalization strategy,insisting that farmers play the principal role in rural revitalization,and cultivating a new type of professional farmers who love agriculture,know technology and are good at management.In the past few years,our country has carried out the cultivation of new type professional farmers,and made some progress,but many problems still exist.The number of new type of professional farmers in China is still far from sufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cultivation of new type of professional farmers from the perspective of rural revitalization,whether based on the practical needs of China’s social development or the subjective requirements of the farmers’ group.Based on an analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad,this thesis firstly introduces the connotation and types of new professional farmers,the rural revitalization strategy and the discourse on the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era from Xi Jinping,and also analyzes the necessity of cultivating new professional farmers from the perspective of rural revitalization to promote the high-quality and efficient development of agriculture,ensures the rich and prosperous life of farmers,and helps the goal of livable and viable rural areas,and the possibility of system innovation,market interests,scientific and technological education progress to promote the generation of new type of professional farmers.Secondly,this thesis summarizes the progress made in the development situation and structure of new-type professional farmers,the increase of farmers’ income and industrial level,and the improvement of farmers’ model leading role in recent years.It points out some problems which exist in the cultivation of new type of professional farmers at present,such as restricted cultivation object,single cultivation content and disordered cultivation measures.Finally,based on this,the focus is on elaborating the target,content,and approach issues of cultivating new vocational farmers in the perspective of rural revitalization.In terms of cultivating targets,it is proposed to cultivate traditional farmers into transformational new professional farmers,and to pay attention to the development needs of farmers,cultivate a new type of professional farmer for migrant workers returning to their hometowns,and achieve a transformation of their careers.Cultivate new types of professional farmers who are entrepreneurial and employable for college students,and expand the ranks of farmers,cultivate new types of professional farmers who engage in cross-border entrepreneurship and employment,and utilize four groups including cross-border advantageous resources.In terms of cultivation content,it is proposed to focus on the development trend of modern agriculture and formulate relevant content in multiple fields,integrate the requirements of rural development in the new era and formulate relevant content for rural construction,concern about the physical and mental health of agricultural workers,and develop relevant psychological counseling content in three major aspects.In terms of cultivation measures,it is proposed to implement diversified measures for cultivating new type of professional farmers,including government agencies providing policy support to ensure the stability of new professional farmers’ careers,financial institutions providing financial support to broaden the sources of funding for new professional farmers,publishing institutions providing cultural support to meet the learning needs of new professional farmers,vocational education institutions providing educational support and expand the reserve team of new professional farmers,and research institutes providing technical support to break the technological bottleneck of new professional farmers.
