With the rapid economic and social development of our country,the political,economic and social situation at home and abroad is complex,various contradictions are highlighted,the work risks and tasks faced by public security police stations are increasing,and the expectations and demands of the public security organs are increasing.The allocation of police resources in police stations is an important part of government public administration.The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of police station and optimize the police resources.This thesis takes the police resources allocation of Huidong county police station as the research object,uses the modern human capital theory,the double factor theory,the no-growth improvement theory,draws lessons from the domestic and foreign police resources allocation advanced experience,refers to the domestic and foreign related theory research,unifies the author's daily work reality,synthetically uses the field investigation,the visit discussion,distributes the questionnaire The main problems in the allocation of police resources in Huidong county police station are insufficient police force and unreasonable distribution,prominent job burnout of police personnel,prominent problems of auxiliary police force,non-standard use of police force,unclear function orientation and serious lag of logistic support.The main reasons under the social environment dimension are the social entry risk period,the people expect too much from the police,and the social demands on the public security work become higher;the main reasons under the organizational management dimension are the unscientific structure of the police force,the police transportation The mechanism is unreasonable,the police security is not in place,the team construction is not perfect,and the efficiency of police auxiliary personnel is low.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of police resources allocation in Huidong County,this paper explores the ways to improve the quality and efficiency of police station management reform.Based on the experience of police force allocation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward five aspects: optimizing police station structure,clarifying police authority and responsibility,constructing police station security system,improving police station security system,improving evaluation incentive and training mechanism,formulating scientific,feasible and targeted countermeasures,digging into internal potential,improving efficiency and improving efficiency.And alleviate the problem of police shortage in police stations,give full play to the effectiveness of limited police resources.
