| As a developing country,Mongolia’s economy is not developed enough compared to other major countries,but it is developing rapidly in the cause of child protection.With the development of Mongolia’s economy,people’s perceptions have changed drastically and so has the social status of children,who are the most vulnerable people and therefore they must be protected more.Therefore,an in-depth study of child protection policy,reform and improvement of child protection policy in Mongolia is a major issue in the field of social security at present.The child protection policy in Mongolia aims to protect the legal rights of children,their physical and mental health,their healthy growth,and their access to quality education,but there are still many urgent problems in child protection in Mongolia that need to be addressed for its better development.This study starts from the concept of child protection rights in Mongolia,composes and evaluates the development process of child protection rights in Mongolia,analyzes its current situation,compares its experience and policies on child protection rights with those of other countries in the world,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.On this basis,we analyze the characteristics,successful experiences,and development trends of child protection policies in Mongolia and learn from them,so as to further optimize and improve child protection policies in Mongolia.Therefore,this research work focuses on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of Mongolia’s current child protection policy and determining how it can be improved in the future.In the course of this research,this thesis will analyze the historical development of child protection policy in Mongolia,the policy documents currently in use,analyze their current status,problems,and causes,and learn from the good practices and experiences of other countries.It is hoped that the results of this study will remedy the achievements of child protection policy in Mongolia and its shortcomings,and promote the development and optimization of child protection policy in Mongolia. |
