The rapid development of information technology represented by the network technology and multimedia technology has brought profound changes to education. At the same time, the plenty of studied results for teaching and learning get more and more indication that the teacher is the most important factor to restrain education quality and impact on students' achievement. Under this background, it's urgent to help the teachers change from traditional teachers to modern teachers in the information era. The training of information technology is the important means to the tradition.The Problems caused in school are the beginning of this training, while solving these problems, improving the teaching ability of teachers, promoting the sustainable development of the school are the destinations of training.The studies make full use of the campus net resource to make school-based information technology teacher training, "to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses", and to explore some suitable training models and methods, means of communication, as well as evaluation methods, so as to provide some guidance and help for the school-based teacher training of information technology in the network environment.The studies take advantage of action research method, literature datum method, paper enquiry method,experience concluded method, and case study method, to get compared with the relevant literature datum and study between internal and external. To make paper enquiry for the situation of school, status of teachers in basic IT skills, and training status developed at school for the moment. With the guide of lifelong learning, teacher professional development, the main needs and G.spark's priority development of the teachers' quality and so on, training methods, models, feedback and communication, evaluation tools of school-based teacher training of information technology in the network environment get design and practice.This paper is divided into six parts:The first chapter describes the background of the topics, status of domestic and international research, the content of the research, methods, means and the significance of the research; The second chapter describes the related theories of school-based teacher training of information technology in the network environment, from various theoretical views to provide a strong support; The third chapter describes the investigation and analysis of the school-based teacher training of information technology in the network environment, introduces the survey, purpose, method, and analyzes the results detailed with SPSS for Windows13,and lies a good foundation for the following research; The fourth chapter describes the design of the school-based teacher training of information technology in the network environment, which describes the "online platform of education and research" relied by the training, the overall design, as well as a case design, which are pointing out the direction for the following practice; The fifth chapter describes the practice and analysis of the effects, which sums up experiences and lessons learned from the practice, and carries out a detailed analysis of the results with qualitative evaluation Abstract methods; The sixth chapter describes the summary and outlook of this paper, which introduce the systematic summary of this study and points out the shortcomings of this study,as well as proposes prospects for the following studies.
