This paper discusses the effect and influence of circular training method on junior middle school track and field course teaching through the experimental research of the circular training method in junior middle school track and field course teaching.The teaching of track and field course in junior high school affects the achievement of junior high school students.The teaching effect of track and field course is reflected by the change of students’ physical quality and the achievement of track and field events.The physical fitness training for junior high school students includes standing long jump,sitting forward bend,50m and 800m(women)1000m(men),etc.,which can reflect the changes and basic conditions of the physical fitness of junior high school students.Through the selection of junior high school students’ physical quality,according to the"Junior High school students’ physical health test scoring standards" to reflect part of the items.Through literature review,expert interview,experiment and questionnaire survey,this paper conducted experiments on 80 students in two classes of grade 3 of Grade 9 Middle School of Jilin City,divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted the circular exercise method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The results were analyzed and analyzed,and the experimental results were obtained.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.During the 14-week cyclic practice teaching,the explosive power and flexibility scores of students in the experimental group increased rapidly,and the improvement rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was helpful to improve the intensity of practice and stabilize the balance of students’ heart rate;2.In the 14-week teaching of circular exercise method,the circular exercise method has some effects on standing long jump and sitting forward bend,but the improvement is not significant from the analysis of performance,indicating that the circular exercise method can play a certain role in physical training of students,but the effect on flexibility training is not obvious;3.During the 14 weeks of cyclic practice teaching,the scores of junior high school students in 50m and 800m(for women)1000m(for men)improved greatly,showing significant changes.In this sense,although the circular practice method has not significantly improved the physical fitness of all students,it has achieved teaching effect for the track and field training program.In order to further study the circular training method in junior middle school track and field teaching,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:1.In the course teaching of track and field,selected students should take into account the teaching time of other courses.It is suggested that the teaching plan should be adjusted according to the specific situation of the school in the specific research.2.The experimental research on the circular exercise method in track and field teaching focuses on comprehensively improving the physical quality of junior high school students.However,according to the specific teaching arrangement,the method is relatively simple,so it is necessary to make periodic adjustment in the teaching according to the specific situation and rationally arrange the circular exercise method.3.According to the objective situation of physical education teachers,it is necessary to prolong the time span for specific teaching experiments in the selection of track and field venues,so as to prove the effect of circular practice method.
