School sports are the basis for the development of mass and competitive sports,and also the most effective way to spread track and field culture and carry out track and field sports extensively.The middle school track and field course teaching occupies an unshakable position in the healthy growth of the students.It is the basis of other sports courses.It is a knocking brick for the middle school students to take part in the training of sports.It plays an important role in the better healthy growth of the middle school students and the improvement of the physical quality of the whole people.In addition,with the development of our country's economy,sports education is also flourishing,but as the mother of sports,the track and field is gradually fading out of people's life and vision.Track and field is replaced by new sports,which seriously hinders the smooth development of track and field and the long and long spread of track and field,so that the track and field sports are facing the front.There are some difficult situation and crisis,but it is an important way to achieve the above goals and requirements by effectively playing the role of the junior high school track and field teaching in the students' growing life,to train the socialist successors of physical and mental health,and to strengthen the teaching of track and field courses in middle schools.This paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,takes the track and field courses of Puyang junior high school as the research object,and selects the junior middle school randomly as the check image,and analyzes the problems in the implementation of the curriculum standard of physical education and health in Puyang junior high school.The present situation of education teachers' strength is analyzed to find out the factors and main reasons that affect the track and field teaching in Puyang junior high schools;the track and field teaching field equipment and funds input in Puyang junior high school can not meet the students' needs of class;the content of track and field teaching inPuyang junior high school is too much emphasis on the traditional teaching items,and the beginning of Puyang city The problems existing in track and field teaching in secondary schools are investigated and analyzed.1.The existing venues and equipment in Puyang Junior Middle School cannot meet the national standards and cannot meet the needs of physical education teachers' daily teaching and students' daily exercise.The gap between urban and rural sports facilities is relatively large,which seriously affects the education and development of track and field sports..2.The participation of teachers in Puyang junior middle school in the "new curriculum standard for physical education and health" training is not optimistic.This will affect the scientific advancement of teachers' teaching work,and some non-sports professional teachers are engaged in physical education teaching work.This seriously affects Athletics teaching quality.3.The teaching content of the track and field class in the junior high school in Xiangyang City is single,competitive,and uninteresting.The student's participation is not positive.The physical education teacher needs to innovate and reform the content of the track and field teaching,and join the game content so that the track and field sports can meet the needs.Most student sports needs.4.In most schools in Puyang junior high school,the teaching of track and field courses cannot meet the required 32 hours,and the development of indoor theory courses is poor.The strength of teachers of physical education teachers is the most important factor influencing the teaching of track and field courses in Puyang Junior High School.5.Physical education teachers and students in Puyang junior high school attach great importance to track and field courses.They believe that the educational value of track and field courses is irreplaceable inphysical education.6.Physical education teachers in Puyang junior high school chose to pay too much attention to students' achievements in the evaluation of teaching methods,thus ignoring the students' interests,hobbies,and the ability of students to cooperate and communicate.The content of teaching evaluation is relatively simple and cannot fully evaluate students.7.Through the R factor analysis,the five main factors affecting Puyang junior high school are determined,which are psychological factors,external factors,teachers' influencing factors,pressure influencing factors and purpose influencing factors.
