Folk music is an important direction of music education and the essence of national culture.The inheritance and development of folk music and its connotation of cultural spirit mainly depends on education,and school education is an important way.Throughout the different stages of school education standards,music education in primary school is the foundation of the cultivation of ethnic music literacy,and it is particularly important to do a good job in ethnic music education in primary school.With the gradual promotion of the national policy for urban and rural education equity,the inner connection between the concept of educational equity and music education has been paid more and more attention.Folk music education has become an important driving direction,as well as the basic route and main method to shorten the quality and level of urban and rural music education.As a result,the urban and rural education fair idea as the driving force,the national music education and rural primary school together,outstanding,rich ethnic music resources of our country the concrete practice of the education to the school,can better guide the student to inherit and carry forward the excellent national music and the cultural spirit,and more comprehensive understanding of multiple music culture,It is of great practical significance to the personal growth of students and the development of ethnic music education in rural primary schools.According to the national music education in rural primary school of feasibility study,selection of Yanbian area of rural primary school in four typical school(ChunGuang primary school,BeiXing primary school,ChaoYang primary school,Xing An primary school)as investigation object,through literature research,comparative analysis,field investigation,questionnaire investigation,interview method,the school of national music education present situation investigation and analysis of the system of,In order to observe the development status and trend of ethnic music education in the whole rural primary schools in Yanbian area,this paper puts forward the characteristics,advantages and shortcomings of ethnic music education in each school,and gives relevant countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly including the research background,research purpose and significance,research content and methods,research status at home and abroad.The second chapter is the general situation of ethnic music education and rural primary school ethnic music education in Yanbian area,including the overview of ethnic music education and its importance in rural primary school,as well as Yanbian area rural primary school music education general situation,survey school ethnic music education general situation.Third chapter four rural primary schools in Yanbian area as an example,the national music education situation of field investigation,including four school’s the basic information of the situation,to carry out the national music education situation of interview and questionnaire survey,summed up the school national music education advantage and the characteristics of the deficiencies.The fourth chapter gives some countermeasures aiming at the shortcomings of the results of the analysis point,including the national music education idea,education resources and education environment three aspects,consider feasibility Suggestions from various angles,to help promote national rural elementary school music education,quality education in inherit and carry forward the national music and cultural spirit,and the national music education promote the revitalization of rural culture,We will promote the policy of fairness in urban and rural education.Finally,a conclusion is drawn to summarize the results of this study and put forward the shortcomings of the study.
