| Since the state issued the Opinions on The Implementation of Deepening reform of Examination and Enrollment System in August 2014.In January 2020,The General Office of the Henan Provincial People’s Government issued the Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Reform of Education Methods in Ordinary Senior High Schools in the New Era,emphasizing the need to strengthen student development guidance and include the student development guidance course into compulsory contents.A new wave of college entrance examination reform has been gradually set off in China.Henan Province plans to launch comprehensive reform of college entrance examination in autumn 2022,or officially implement the new college entrance examination plan in 2025.The career planning education of ordinary senior high schools has gradually attracted social attention.And gradually realize that career planning education is particularly important and urgent in the process of training students.Based on frank Parsons’ theory of job matching,Donald E.Super theory of career development and John Holland’s theory of career interest,the author clearly defined the career planning education of ordinary senior high school in the new college entrance examination through collecting and reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,and expounded and summarized the research status at home and abroad.The author chooses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the status quo of career planning education in Zhengzhou Z Middle School from the five dimensions of government,school,teachers,parents and students.The survey found that there are five main problems,namely,insufficient attention from the government level,lack of overall planning and insufficient resource support;The mechanism construction of school level is not sound,and the learning activities are formalized;At the level of teachers,the allocation of teachers is not reasonable,and the professional level needs to be improved;At the parent level,there are defects in family education,improper methods and poor effects;Students’ learning initiative needs to be improved,and their career planning ability needs to be enhanced.In view of the existing problems and causes of career planning in ordinary senior high schools,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from four aspects:government,schools,teachers and students.The government should strengthen the guarantee mechanism and enrich educational resources.Schools should give full play to the joint forces of all parties to fully support the implementation of career planning education;Teachers should attach importance to career planning education and strengthen theoretical learning.Students should establish correct career planning education consciousness and improve career planning ability. |
