Food safety has always been a hot issue in modern society,which is related to the vital interests of the people’s health and so on.The university canteen has its own particularity.The dining time and varieties have a high degree of aggregation,and there are many kinds of dishes supplied by the canteen.In terms of risk ranking,it has always been a high-risk unit of catering food safety supervision.School canteen is a part of the life of teachers and students,and its food safety has been highly concerned by teachers and students and all sectors of society.The main reason for foodborne diseases in schools is that the operators’ food safety awareness is not in place,resulting in non-standard operation.At the same time,due to intertwined environmental factors.Ome canteens are also faced with the problems of unreasonable layout of facilities and equipment,weak food safety awareness of some employees and insufficient risk awareness of food safety managers.In recent years,food safety incidents in University canteens have occurred frequently.Through literature research and questionnaire research,this paper studies the specific food safety hidden dangers in University canteens,and puts forward specific internal risk control measures,such as identifying key links and targeted control,increasing hardware investment,carrying out employee training and assessment,effectively carrying out self-examination,etc,Provide reference for food safety management personnel to carry out on-site food safety management.
