Research On The Construction And Evaluation Of Teaching Quality Management System In Modern Vocational Education

Modern vocational education has made great contributions to our social.To promote economic transformation and upgrading,it is necessary to improve the strength and quality of talents,not only to master professional theoretical,but also to need large number of skilled craftsmen and innovative talents matching practical ability.The goal is to cultivate a group of skilled talents.With the continuous expansion of higher vocational education,how to effectively improve the teaching quality is the main problems.Therefore,building a scientific quality management evaluation system is the key to improve all level of teaching quality management,and it also provides an important guarantee for exporting high-quality talents.In this research,the personnel training as a complex system engineering.On basis of clarifying the modern vocational education quality engineering management system,this paper systematically and comprehensively analyzes the whole process of education and teaching in every teaching link and every teaching quality control point by using quality management theory,capability maturity model and system theory,and puts the idea of the system.By questionnaire,expert consultation and investigation,the "five in one" and 37 evaluation indexes were determined,and the level of the model was divided.AHP and Fuzzy Theory are used to analyze the new model,and the CMM is built.Take X Vocational College of Yunnan Province as an example to verify the evaluation model and put forward improvement measures.By organically combining the core indicators of modern vocational education quality engineering management with the framework of capability maturity model,and constructing a new analysis model and comprehensive evaluation,the model can broaden the teaching development ideas and improve the education quality management,and it also provide effective evaluation and continuous improvement measures for the whole process management of school teaching,and provide reference for the society and enterprises to cultivate groups of high-quality,recognized and market-worthy talents.
