"Balanced development of nine-year compulsory education" is an important task to make education satisfactory to the people and basically realize the modernization of education.Helping each student grow and develop is the core and key of compulsory education.This paper focuses on the learning adaptability of freshmen in the first grade of primary school,trying to better prepare for each pupil to adapt to the school life in the future.The state will issue relevant documents from 2021 to promote the connection between kindergarten and primary school education,and the learning adaptability of primary school students has become a high concern of the society.Based on Piaget’s theory of stages of cognitive development,Theory of brain science,158 first-grade students from J Primary School in T city,western China,were selected as the investigation objects.Students’ learning attitudes,learning habits,listening methods,family environment,school environment,independence and perseverance were investigated.Through the interview method,questionnaire investigation and observation method,the investigation of the current situation of students’ learning adaptability,found that part of the students’ learning attitude is not correct,not develop good study habits,most of the students failed to master the correct way to class,family environment need to be further perfect,school environment is not harmonious and most of the students independence and the will is not strong.According to the learning adaptability of students,the influence of students themselves,families,teachers and schools is analyzed.The influence of students themselves includes the change of students’ learning and the influence of students’ stage development.The influences on family include family’s school preparation,warm family environment,strict parenting style,low educational level of parents and disharmonious parent-child relationship;The influence of teachers includes the intimate degree of teacher-student relationship,the friendly degree of peer relationship,teachers’ teaching methods and teachers’ teaching management level;School influences include unfamiliar school environment and harmonious interpersonal relationship.Since education is an activity with many causes,guiding the growth of primary school students requires the joint action of school,family and society to provide good conditions for the healthy development of first-grade students.This study also draws the following conclusions:Improve students’ learning adaptability and help them better adapt to the school environment;Parents help their children through the first grade and actively participate in their children’s learning and activities;Teachers guide students to grow up scientifically;The school provides a better learning environment for students.Through the research for schools,teachers and families to provide Suggestions for improvement of learning adaptability,help a line at the grass-roots level for teachers and students learning adaptation better exchange and communication,a more scientific teachers guide students,to help parents to help children,for a first grade students for the school management to provide the reference,To make students better adapt to the study and life of the first grade.Enrich the theories of learning adaptability of first-graders,and provide data and theoretical support for other researchers with the same interest.
