| In September 2019,the unified high school history textbook became the first to be used in six provinces and cities: Beijing,Shanghai,Liaoning,Hainan,Tianjin and Shandong. It is expected to be gradually popularized across the country over the next three years. In many ways, the unified high school history textbook, which is based on the 2017 versions of the General High School History Curriculum(GSHCC),is different from previous textbooks, and these new changes pose unprecedented challenges to high school history teaching. The obligatory textbook,"Outline of Chinese and Foreign History"(above),is about Chinese history and consists of 10 units,of which the "Ancient History of China" section accounts for four units.Secondly, according to the research results of the "ancient history of China" section of the new textbook, there are many, but the content is often only at the "textbook" level, and there is no deeper analysis.Taking the historical period of "three kingdoms, two jin dynasties’ ’as an example, the author analyzes the " new’ ’performance of the new textbooks, and according to these concrete changes and the suggestions of the editors, provides some strategies for the next high school history teaching, hoping to provide some reference for the study of the outline of Chinese and foreign history and the high school history teaching. This article is mainly composed of four parts. The first part is to look at the changes of the new textbooks from a macroscopic perspective, and to analyze the new reasons and new performances of the new textbooks from the three aspects of the writing background, the writing principles, and the writing style. The second part is a specific analysis of the content of the "Three Kingdoms,Two Jins Dynasties,Southern and Northern Dynasties" in the new textbook.Taking the content of the textbook as the starting point, the author looks for the relevant historical research results, and strives to enable readers to have a deeper understanding of the new textbook. After carefully studying the old and new textbooks, five themes were finally selected for analysis, namely: ethnic integration, the Sinicization reform of Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty, the metaphysics of the Wei and Jin dynasties, the dictatorship of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and the "old stone chamber" of Tuoba Xianbei-Gaxian Cave. The third part is the challenges brought to the teaching of the new textbooks summarized according to relevant research and teaching practices, namely: the capacity of the textbook is too large, the textbook is too simple and the new content of the textbook is too much. The fourth part is to provide some teaching strategies for high school history teaching in response to the challenges brought by the new textbook. The main ones are: closely following the curriculum standards, implementing core literacy, grasping the main line, highlighting difficult points and paying attention to the dynamics of historical research in a timely manner. |
