With the normalization of epidemic prevention,the mode of higher education has also been improved.Under the guidance of the information reform of the Ministry of Education,more and more courses have changed from single offline teaching to "offline + online" mixed teaching mode.Because of its characteristics of many action elements and complex formation change,it is difficult to teach and popularize in colleges and universities.Micro-lesson teaching can give play to students’ main role and improve students’ independent learning ability of PE.Physical fitness and technical performance of ball cheer;Learning satisfaction.In this paper,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and teaching experiment method were used to carry out the research.A total of 11 experts were interviewed,360 questionnaires were issued and 360 were recovered.The reliability of the questionnaires were 0.815,0.831,0.723 and 0.897 respectively.Validity test Eleven experts were invited to conduct validity test on the questionnaire,and their modification opinions were solicited.The test results are shown in Table 2-3and Table 2-4.At the same time,77 female students of 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental class(n=39)and control class(n=38).The control class is carried out in accordance with the traditional teaching methods,while the experimental class is taught in micro class.The experiment lasts for 16 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the physical quality of students,the technical scores of cheer leading and the independent learning ability of college students in sports are tested.Spss21 and Excel data statistical methods were used to analyze the changes and reasons of physical fitness,gymnastics technical scores,college students’ independent learning ability of sports and satisfaction degree of micro class teaching.Before the experiment,the technical scores of one-minute sit-up,50 m,800m and gymnastics were 12.42,11.55,12.61,25.92 and 118.5,respectively.The mean values of each item in the experimental class were 12.59,10.88,11.53,24.63,116.5.The data were in line with k-S normal distribution,p > 0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two classes.After the experiment,the average values of the control class were 13.53,11.25,12.66,26.00,120.26;The mean values of each item in the experimental class: 13.58,12.59,12.65,27.05,123.61;The data conform to k-S normal distribution,and there are significant differences.The following conclusions are drawn:1 The independent learning ability of students in the experimental class is higher than that in the control class;There were significant differences in 50 meters and one minute sit-ups between the experimental class and the control class.There was also a significant difference in gymnastics performance,but no significant difference in800 m performance.2 Micro-lesson is applied to the teaching of ball cheer in colleges and universities: before class,students preview and learn independently with the help of micro-lesson videos;In class,teachers teaching around students’ problems can improve the teaching efficiency,shorten the classroom teaching time,increase the time for students to exercise independently,increase the quality of exercise time,improve students’ physical quality;After class,students according to their own specific situation for the independent check gaps,independent learning throughout the whole learning process,improve the students’ independent learning ability,improve the technical performance of ball cheer.3 The application of micro class in the teaching of soccer gymnastics in colleges and universities: as an effective teaching supplementary means,enrich the teaching content and teaching methods,and combine with traditional teaching: The formation change process is visualized,and the abstract theoretical knowledge is expressed intuitively through the micro-lesson video,so that students can more easily master the key points of formation change,and the formation practice increases the number of ball movements.Watching the game video can cultivate students to discover the United States,the ability to create the United States,improve learning satisfaction,improve the technical performance of the ball cheer.4 Data analysis shows that if there is a professional cheer micro class platform,they will continue to learn,conform to the trend of The Times,build a professional cheer class,reduce students’ learning disabilities,but also conducive to the development and dissemination of cheer.
