| With the continuous transformation and upgrading of China’s economy,the demand for high-quality marketing talents is also increasing.Sales practice is the core course of marketing and other majors.Its teaching quality and effect are very important to the cultivation of high-quality marketing talents.However,the research shows that most secondary vocational schools are still based on the traditional teaching mode,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ practical ability and professional ability.PBL(problem-based learning)teaching mode is a problem-oriented,student-centered teaching mode focusing on analyzing and solving real problems.It provides a new teaching mode for the course of "Sales Practice" in secondary vocational schools,and helps to improve students’ key abilities required by modern marketing,such as autonomous learning and inquiry ability,problem-solving ability,team cooperation ability,interpersonal communication and communication ability.By sorting out the literature of PBL teaching mode,this paper expounds the connotation and theoretical basis of PBL teaching mode.At the same time,based on the urgent needs of marketing talent training and teaching method reform,students’ characteristics and teaching environment characteristics,this paper analyzes the current teaching situation of "Sales Practice" in secondary vocational schools by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,finds out the problems existing in classroom teaching,and carries out the teaching design of PBL teaching mode around the three knowledge modules in "Sales Practice".Select the "sales negotiation" link to design the application of PBL teaching mode,including presenting the situation,asking questions,organizing groups,group discussion,achievement display,summary and evaluation,and interpret the implementation of lesson examples.This paper selects the students majoring in marketing in Suzhou w secondary vocational school as the implementation object,and makes an in-depth study on the application effect of PBL teaching mode after the teaching experiment.Through research,this paper verifies that the application of PBL teaching mode in the course of "Sales Practice" in secondary vocational schools can effectively improve students’ classroom participation,improve students’ learning initiative,and be conducive to the cultivation of students’ professional ability.It enriches the theoretical basis of China’s current research on PBL teaching method in the field of secondary vocational disciplines,provides a new teaching method for the course of "Sales Practice" in secondary vocational schools,and also provides a certain reference for teachers’ teaching work,which is conducive to the high-quality development of vocational education. |
