In recent years,the universalization of preschool education in my country has gradually improved,and problems such as the unbalanced distribution of resources have been effectively alleviated due to the introduction of a series of preschool education policies.The positive effects of the selective two-child policy and the two-child policy have given the country a firm determination to implement the third major adjustment of the national childbirth policy,that is,"a couple can have three children." In order to increase the reproductive willingness of the population of childbearing age and help the implementation of the new fertility policy,this article starts with the current situation of the allocation of preschool education resources,and analyzes the possible dilemmas of preschool education resources by investigating the changes in the demand for preschool education resources under the current fertility background.In response to these difficulties,combined with the three-child policy supporting measures,certain enlightenments can be drawn.This article defines the three-child policy,pre-school education resources,pre-school education resource allocation,policy support and other concepts and definitions and adopts public product supply theory and educational resource distribution theory.The child uses literature research methods,statistical analysis methods,survey research methods and experience summary method and other research methods.The main conclusions of the study: the increase in the total supply of kindergartens but the decline in quality is the current situation of the allocation of preschool education resources;inclusiveness,high quality,and diversity are the requirements for the allocation of preschool education resources under the three-child policy;the dilemma of the allocation of preschool education resources is from the inconsistency between the current situation and future needs;the integrated nursery and childcare model has important implications for the three-child policy supporting measures.
