Population and education are two factors that influence and restrict each other.The quantity of population affects the scale,structure and quality of educational development.The scale and quality of education also affects the scale of the population.The population of preschool education also has a fundamental and overall influence on preschool education resources.With the official implementation of the "universal two-child policy" nationwide,the new gaining preschool age population in the future is likely to have some impact on preschool education,putting pressure on current public education services and resource allocation.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the planning and reasonable allocation of education resources for the future school-age population.This study is based on the 2010 census data of Guangdong province,using the population prediction methods,pre-school education in 2019-2035 in Guangdong province macro forecast,population scale,to understand the status of the future demand for resources,again through the parent questionnaire and director in the micro investigation questionnaire to understand current demand situation of the parents and the current situation of the allocation of resources,further analysis of preschool education of Guangdong province resources demand change and education resource planning and configuration problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.According to the research,under the "universal two-child policy",the size of preschool children in Guangdong province will increase rapidly in 2019,and reach the peak in 2021.After the rapid decline in the following five years,the number of preschool children will keep a constant and slow decreasing trend.The number of full-time teachers had the same trend as that of children in kindergartens.The total investment in preschool education in Guangdong province will continue to rise in the future.According to the principal's questionnaire,the current allocation of preschool education resources in Guangdong province has some problems,such as uneven distribution of resources in urban economic areas,insufficient overall planning between urban and rural areas,shortage of kindergarten degrees,shortage of funds,serious shortage of teachers and construction of kindergartens.According to the parents' questionnaire,parents of young children would choose the kindergarten with better teachers and facilities when choosing the kindergarten.The quality of teachers most values the cultivation of teachers' inner quality and professional quality,and the government is expected to share the education cost.Based on the above situation,in order to cope with the "universal two-child" policy,the government should expand the total amount of investment in preschool education as a whole,broaden funding sources and encourage social forces to join the preschool education.To make overall planning and coordination of preschool education teachers,to promote the construction of the quantity and quality of teachers,and to promote the construction of the quantity and quality of teachers by expanding the enrollment of college students and improving the access system for teachers.In order to alleviate the degree shortage under the "two-child policy",we should set up additional classes,expand class sizes and open sub-parks.
