| The "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards" clearly stipulates that the core literacy of geography is: regional cognition,geographic practice,comprehensive thinking,and human-land coordination.Geography research travel is an important way to realize the core literacy of geography,and how to carry out and implement it has become an important research direction for front-line teachers.The theory of embodied cognition clarifies the importance of the body and the environment in learning,and research travel is the faithful “practitioner” of embodied cognitive theory.Under the guidance of specific cognitive theory,this paper focuses on the task design in the research travel course,implements the specific theory to the practical level of geographic research,explores the design strategy of research task with specific characteristics,and designs specific geographic research travel task activity cases.The specific research in this article is as follows:First,use the literature analysis method to organize and summarize relevant research at home and abroad,clarify the research context of specific cognitive theory and geographic research,and propose the purpose,content and method of this research.Second,using the literature analysis method and combining previous research,we define related concepts such as specific cognitive theory,geographic research travel,and geographic research travel task,and propose that specific cognitive theory has the characteristics of specificity,situational,and generative,and geographic research travel has the characteristics of geographic,exploratory,and practical.,And understand the theoretical knowledge related to this research to pave the theoretical foundation for follow-up research.Third,using the case analysis method,select 20 research design cases that have been published in core journals,organize and analyze the flow chart of research task sources,and the implementation methods of research task,and find that some scholars currently lack rationality,practicality and geographical “taste” in the design of research tasks.The case study provides a reference for follow-up research.Fourth,based on the previous research,we put forward the principles,strategies and processes of the design of geographic research and travel task under the guidance of specific cognitive theory,and conclude that the basic principles for the design of geographic research and travel task under specific cognitive theory are: 1.Student-oriented,specific practice;2.Real situations,highlighting geography;3.Task-driven,inquiry-generating.And propose corresponding strategies: 1.Give full play to the body’s subject and enrich cognitive pathways;2.Tap geographic elements to build situational experiences;3.create thematic tasks to promote inquiry generation.Finally,the basic process of designing geographic research tasks is constructed.Based on the above research,taking Youyang County,Chongqing as an example,a geography research task activity suitable for high school students in Youyang County,Chongqing was designed.Finally,the research work carried out in this article is mainly systematically summarized,and new expectations are put forward for follow-up research. |
