| In present collegesanduniversitiesinmen’svolleyballcompetitionb,tall,offensive tacticssharp,whoorganised,tacticalchangeable,soinmanycases,thedefensehasbecome the top priority,in thevolleyballcompetition,effectivedefensive pilling,not only can turn defense is offense,break the opponent’s defence,innerthethwartedattacktogain the initiative in the game,Can also enhance the moraleofthe teamandtheconfidence of the game,leading theteamtostandonthehighestpodium,soinvolleyballcompetition better defense is crucial.Volleyball competition in the vast majority of defense is to be done through the movement of the body,body will appear in the process of mobile defense unsteady state,want to accomplish effective defense will use core muscle group in the presence of non steady state to control the body,so improve the university volleyball athletes in unsteady state complete volleyball defensive technology is now competition needs.After the core strength training entered China,scholars and physical fitness experts have conducted a lot of research on this training method and applied it to different sports,and the core strength training has achieved remarkable results.However,so far,there has been no experimental study on the effect of core strength training on the unstable state defense technology of college male volleyball players,so this study uses literature,expert interviews,Delphi,experiments,and other research methods to conduct experimental research on the effect of unstable state defense technology of college male volleyball players,and the research conclusions are as follows:1.the core strength: the traditional waist and abdomen strength training and core strength training for the enhancement of the core strength of the college men’s volleyball team members have a role,but the impact of the two training methods is very different,the traditional waist and abdomen strength training for the improvement of the absolute strength of the waist and abdomen of the college men’s volleyball players and the single core muscle has an effect,but the speed of improvement is slower,and the core strength training is through the coordination of the core muscle group to complete the action,so the core strength training can comprehensively and better enhance the core strength of the college men’s volleyball players.2.In terms of completing the volleyball defensive effect in the non-stable state:the defensive effect of the two groups after the experiment has been improved,but compared with before the experiment,the control group has a small increase(no significant difference),and the experimental group has a larger increase(very significant),indicating that after the core strength training,the effectiveness of the college men’s volleyball team has been better improved,so the core strength training can better improve the technical effect of completing the volleyball defense in the unstable state.3.The test results of the two groups of team members have been improved,but in the core strength training,the tandem coordination and cooperation between the action and the action is emphasized,and the effective conduction of the force between each part is realized,and the effectiveness of the force can be better exerted after the force is better conducted,so the core strength training can improve the non-stable state of the male volleyball players in colleges and universities to complete the volleyball defense technology effect faster and more effectively.4.through summarizing the result of the experiment analysisitisconcludedthat,after 13 weeks of training,two groups of players on various test scores havetoascend,butpayattentiontoactionandactioninthecorestrengthtrainingseriescoor dinationbetween hard,implements the effective transmission between the differentparts,sothecorestrengthtrainingfortheunsteadystateofmen’svolleyballincolle gevolleyballwithdefensive technology increases more quickly,More effective. |
