Wushu attaches great importance to human development,especially to young children.Special articles issued by the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport of China and joint documents issued by the "six ministries and commissions",for example,"Opinions on the Implementation of the Project of Inheriting and Developing Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture","Guidance on the Tenyear Plan for the Implementation of the Martial Arts Section System promotion in The Country’s Martial Arts Townships","Five-year Plan for the Development of Chinese Martial Arts(2016-2020)","Martial arts into campus" ushered in unprecedented development opportunities based on national strategy.Governments at all levels have attached great importance to it,and schools at all levels and of all types have carried out vigorous activities.However,there is a widespread phenomenon that "carrying out activities but not evaluating them".Therefore,this study aims to build a reasonable,scientific,highly targeted and easy to operate evaluation index system of "martial arts into school",so as to make the evaluation index system of "martial arts into school" of primary schools in Guangdong province more scientific,targeted and operable,further enrich the theoretical achievements of "martial arts into school",and help carry out relevant work in a sustained,stable and efficient manner.This research adopts literature method,interview method,Delphi method,analytic Hierarchy Process,mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods.The main research ideas are as follows: The research is basis on educational evaluation theory and systematic science theory,and on the basis of the Index System of Supervision and Evaluation of Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education and the relevant policies of wushu entering school formulated by governments at all levels,the evaluation index database of "Wushu entering school" in primary schools in Guangdong Province is preliminarily constructed.Then based on the principle of selection index and primary school sports teaching in guangdong province and guangdong province martial arts characteristic education history and reality,and expert opinion and Delphi method after three rounds of expert investigation,screening,classification and hierarchy evaluation index is determined,then give the evaluation indexes for weights,so as to build a primary school in guangdong province "martial art into campus" evaluation index system.After that,the connotation of its evaluation index is explained,and finally the effectiveness of its evaluation index system is verified.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The evaluation index system of "martial arts entering campus" of primary schools in Guangdong province is constructed,with five first-level indicators,namely overall management,condition guarantee,campus martial arts culture,physical health and supervision mechanism.There are 16 secondary indicators,namely,the degree of attention,work content,execution,site equipment,teachers and teacher training,etc.There are 48 three-level indicators,namely,the importance of the principal,the number of classes/semester,the specific plan of wushu entering the campus,the number of inspections/semester,the establishment of the school sports safety emergency mechanism,the campus wushu population share and the number of wushu entering the campus progress report/semester,etc.The relationship between the indicators can be seen in Table 14.2.From the comprehensive weight,the weight of physical health in the first index accounts for a large proportion,so strengthening physical exercise is an important link of primary school physical education construction and development;Health work,physical monitoring,fund investment,classroom teaching,extracurricular martial arts training and execution of secondary indicators accounted for a larger proportion;Among the three levels of indicators,the epidemic prevention requirements of physical education teachers,the rate of safe drinking water and sanitary toilets in schools and the rate of students’ physical health standards accounted for a large proportion.3.In order to verify the scientific and feasibility of the evaluation index system of "martial arts entering schools" in primary schools in Guangdong Province,four schools in Guangdong province were selected from the corresponding evaluation scale for empirical analysis,and the results showed that: The score of "entering campus martial arts" in the four schools is basically at the passing level,but the main deficiency is the lack of rich campus martial arts culture and corresponding supervision mechanism,especially the lack of relatively quantifiable concrete measures to implement supervision mechanism.For the evaluation index system,all experts,leaders of education departments,principals,teachers,students and parents of all levels and various schools all agree that the evaluation index system constructed in this study is reasonable,scientific,targeted and easy to operate.
