Building a high-quality professional teaching team is the basic guarantee and inevitable requirement for China to achieve the goal of strengthening the country through education.Primary school is the enlightenment stage of education and teaching,has an important impact on the growth of students,wushu as the main component of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,carrying a rich traditional cultural connotation,how to guide primary school students who are new to martial arts to recognize and perceive the spiritual essence of Chinese traditional culture,promote the development of martial arts in school education,starting from teachers is an effective way to integrate martial arts into the campus,and then call for the professionalism of martial arts teachers.Although wushu has a long history,the professionalism of martial arts teachers needs to be improved.Based on the actual situation of education and teaching,this paper aims to improve the professionalism of teachers and avoid the blindness of teachers in the process of professional development,so as to establish a professional quality evaluation system for primary school martial arts teachers and guide the teaching practice.According to the principles and basis for the construction of the professional quality evaluation index system of primary school martial arts teachers,combined with literature and field investigations,the teachers were interviewed and observed to obtain text materials,the data analysis method and Delphi method were used to establish the content of the professional quality evaluation index system of primary school martial arts teachers,the analytic hierarchy method was used to determine the weight of the professional quality evaluation index of primary school martial arts teachers,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to apply the constructed index system in practice to verify the feasibility and applicability of the index system.And better use the indicator system to help teachers review their own development status,make plans for the next professional growth,and promote the sustainable development of teachers.Through the study,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The evaluation index elements of the primary selection of professional quality of primary school martial arts teachers are three-level coding rooted in the theoretical method of the program,and visual analysis with the help of software to determine 3 core categories,12 main categories and 53 sub-categories.(2)Using the Delphi method to interview 16 experts,and revise and screen the indicators according to the expert opinions,and finally establish 3 first-level indicators of professional attitude and personal accomplishment,professional knowledge and professional ability,13second-level indicators and 54 third-level indicators,such as professional attitude and behavior,education and teaching knowledge,and basic ability of teachers.(3)The analytic hierarchy method was used to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels:(1)The professional attitude and personal accomplishment of primary and secondary school martial arts teachers in the first-level index had the highest weight,which was 0.5396.C Professional competence is weighted second,at 0.2970.B expertise has the lowest weight at 0.1634.In this evaluation index system,teachers’ professional attitude and personal cultivation are the core and internal driving force,teachers’ professional ability is an important performance,and teachers’ professional knowledge is an important requirement.(2)Among the secondary indicators,A1 has the highest weight of attitude and behavior towards occupation,with 0.2631,and B4 has the lowest weight of general knowledge,which is 0.0082.(3)Among the three-level indicators,A12 teachers had the highest weight of professional philosophy and behavior,with 0.1397,and C52 had the lowest weight of literature collection and data analysis ability,with 0.0009.(4)Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to apply the constructed evaluation index system in practice,by inviting five managers in charge of physical education in Jinan Primary School to evaluate a martial arts teacher in Shandong Experimental Primary School,to test the scientificity and usability of the evaluation index system,and the final evaluation result was "good",but this evaluation result had a downward trend.According to the analysis of the professional quality evaluation results of primary school martial arts teachers,it is found that the teachers have different understandings of the teaching profession,emphasize practice over theory,and have weak teaching and research ability,and put forward optimization strategies for the significant problems.In view of the follow-up research,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Improving the content and construction method of the professional quality evaluation index system of primary school martial arts teachers.(2)Increasing practice to test the feasibility of applying indicators.(3)Constructing an index system for evaluating the professional quality of martial arts teachers in different sections and regions.
