In 2021,the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Realizing the Effective Linkage of the Achievements of Consolidating and Expanding Education for Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization",proposing that by 2025,rural education in poverty-stricken areas will have high-quality development,and the gap between urban and rural education will be further narrowed.Primary school physical education is an important part of education.To improve the quality of primary school education,it is very important to do a good job in primary school physical education.The teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in poverty alleviation areas determines the quality of physical education and is an important force in narrowing the educational gap between urban and rural areas.Therefore,in order to achieve high-quality development of education in poverty alleviation areas and reduce the educational gap between urban and rural areas,it is necessary to understand the current status of the teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in poverty alleviation areas and methods to effectively improve teachers’ teaching ability.This paper takes the physical education teachers of rural primary schools in Longmen County as the research object,and uses the method of literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to conduct research.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The average teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Longmen County is 3.83,which is generally in the upper middle level;each teaching ability dimension from high to low is teaching design ability(4.06),teaching implementation ability(4.00),teaching reflection and evaluation ability(3.99),information-based teaching ability(3.66),and teaching research ability(3.43),the development of each teaching ability dimension is uneven;the teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Longmen County has nothing to do with gender;it is positively related to teaching age and professional title.2.There is a significant difference in the teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural primary schools and urban primary schools in Longmen County,indicating that there is a gap in the teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Longmen County and urban primary schools;the teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Longmen County urgently needs to be improved: teaching design Evaluation ability,action demonstration ability,study material ability,research and teaching practice ability,use information technology to combine explanation and demonstration ability,and use information technology to carry out learning evaluation ability.3.Factor analysis shows that the factors affecting the teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Longmen County are: teacher factor,school factor,national factor,social factor,teaching factor and training factor.4.Countermeasures to improve the teaching ability of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Longmen County.Mainly include(1)teaching design ability:(1)Pay attention to the teaching design ability training of teachers before and after entry;(2)Regularly require teachers to submit lesson plans and conduct teaching design seminars.(2)In terms of teaching implementation ability:(1)Using micro-teaching to improve teaching implementation ability;(2)Constructing an exchange platform with excellent schools in developed areas.(3)Teaching evaluation and reflection ability:(1)establish the concept of lifelong learning;(2)establish an evaluation system for the teaching ability of physical education teachers.(4)In terms of teaching and research capabilities:(1)attach importance to the improvement of their own teaching and research capabilities;(2)build a precise training mechanism.(5)Information-based teaching capabilities:(1)Provide information-based teaching equipment;(2)Change teaching concepts and increase teacher training. |
