In order to achieve China’s first Centennial goal,China has incorporated the task of poverty alleviation into the overall layout of "five in one" and the strategic layout of "four comprehensives",and made a series of major deployments and arrangements.After several years of efforts,China has achieved an all-round victory in eradicating poverty."Getting rid of poverty through education" is an important aspect of getting rid of poverty in an all-round way.Allowing children in poor areas to receive a good education is not only the key to poverty alleviation,but also the link to completely cut off the root causes of poverty and lead poor areas to become rich.As an important part of education,physical education plays a vital role in improving the overall quality of education.When we emphasize the elimination of poverty through education,we should also pay attention to the elimination of poverty through "physical education".This paper takes rural primary schools in Longhui County,Hunan Province as the research object and primary school physical education as the research content.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the physical education of rural primary schools in Longhui County.The purpose is to find the shortcomings of the development of rural primary school physical education in Longhui County,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the development of rural primary school physical education in Longhui County,and provide reference for other povertystricken counties in Hunan Province.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The PE teachers of rural primary schools in Longhui County are mainly male PE teachers,and the teachers are older,most of them are 31-50 years old,while most of them are 6-10 years old.The education background of physical education teachers is mainly college education,accounting for 51.5%,and the professional titles are mostly secondary teachers and tertiary teachers.The salary of physical education teachers is low,which is generally lower than that of other teachers.Physical education teachers’ in-service training time is insufficient,and the scientific research level needs to be improved as a whole.2.Physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Longhui county pay attention to students’ mastery of sports skills in teaching objectives,and prefer radio gymnastics and track and field sports in teaching contents.They often use imparting physical education teaching methods,such as explanation method and demonstration method.In the organization of physical education teaching,class collective teaching is the main organization,which is generally carried out in the form of administrative class.In teaching evaluation,teachers focus on the evaluation of students,and the evaluation method is single.3.The morning exercises and recess exercises of rural primary schools in Longhui County are mainly running and broadcast gymnastics.One hour after class exercise is not implemented,and class sports activities need to be improved.After school sports training is less carried out,mainly technical training and physical training.School sports meeting is the most common form of competition,mainly track and field events.4.The sports venues and equipment of rural primary schools in Longhui County are insufficient,and the facilities are aging and seriously damaged.Most school sports venues and equipment need to be updated.In terms of social psychological environment,physical education classroom teaching atmosphere is active and teachers’ interpersonal relationship is harmonious,but the traditional atmosphere of physical education is not very good,and physical education teachers’ satisfaction with school physical education is not high.5.The number of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Longhui county is reasonably arranged,but the physical education theory course is less carried out.Most physical education teachers never take classes according to the physical education teaching plan,and manage in a centralized and unified form in the management of physical education classroom teaching and after-school physical education.In the evaluation of physical education teaching quality,it is mainly leadership evaluation,lacking other evaluation methods. |
