A Study On The Predicament And Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of New Professional Peasants

In the environmental background of enhancing rural revitalization strategy,the shifting cultivation of fashion-forward vocational and agricultural peasants is to follow and meet the importance of the development of the times,is conducive to solving the “Three rural”problems,contribute to improve and achieve agricultural modernization.The fostering of fashion-forward vocational and agricultural peasants is a prominent labour,orientation and conscientiousness and commitment of vocational and professional education,occupational and vocational training.Considering the exercise,the practical difficulties in the cultivation of new-type occupational and vocational peasants have become a sore spot that impedes the successfull improvement of the rural revitalization strategy,it has influenced the advancement of creating newfashioned and high-quality vocational peasants,the tomorrow innovation of rural regions and needs to be studied and resolved.This paper focuses on the cultivation of newfashioned vocational farmers in y region of Shandong Province,hoping to clarify the current difficulties in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in this region,enhancing the fertilization of fashion-forward vocational and agricultural peasants in Y region of Shandong Province.According to the cite study of 11 newfashioned professional agricultural cultivator,pertinent government superintendent and the enforcer in the line of training institution duty,this research pay attention to the true difficulties in the exercising process of newlook occupational and agricultural gentleman farmers through field investigation and interview,this search figures up the different conundrums existing in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,such as the government,the cultivation organization and the participating farmers themselves,and analyzes the reasons for the unsatisfactory results of the cultivation of new-type professional yeomanry in Y area of Shandong Province.In the light of the problems found in the survey,this paper puts forward the ways to optimize the cultivation from different angles: the government should perfect the management mechanism to realize the Macroeconomic regulation and control;the cultivation institutions should carry out a thorough cultivation process to enhance the cultivation efficiency;the participating peasants themselves should actively participate in the cultivation,promoting all-round development.The purpose is to help improve the work related to the cultivation of newfashioned farmers in Y area of Shandong Province,and help them to build a new type of professional farmers with high quality.With a view to other provinces,cities and regions of our country smoothly,reasonably and orderly to promote the cultivation of new vocational farmers to provide practical reference.
