| Class cadre management is an important part of class management.In the countryside,the junior middle school class cadre management mostly takes the teacher as the leading role,while the class cadre does not have the self-management consciousness.The position of class cadre is pyramidal in the class instrumental role structure,only belonging to a few excellent students.The Work State of the class cadre is in a kind of passive state.The work enthusiasm is not high,and the team strength is lax.However,quality-oriented education and the new curriculum reform have repeatedly stressed the need to be student-oriented.We should respect and trust students,and give the autonomy of class management back to students.Social life also puts forward higher and higher requirements for People’s Team Spirit and group consciousness.The author believes that the idea of“team management”can be incorporated into the management of class cadres at the stage of junior high school,when students are extremely flexible,so as to create a team of class cadres who are united and cooperative,thus achieving twice the result with half the effort,it is also vital to the development of every student.The thesis consists of five parts:The first part:the introduction.Including the research background,research significance,research methods,domestic and foreign research status and research innovation.The second part:core concept definition and theoretical basis.This part defines three core concepts of rural junior middle school,class cadre and team management,and expounds three theoretical bases of group dynamics theory,motivation theory of education management and contingency management theory.The third part:investigation and analysis on the current situation of team management of junior middle school class cadres in rural areas.The author carries on the questionnaire investigation to the countryside four junior middle school class cadre team management,and carries on the analysis to its existence question.The fourth part:attribution analysis on the problems of team management of junior middle school class cadres in rural areas.The author attributes the problems in the team management of junior middle school class cadres in rural areas to:the outdated class cadre management concept,the backward class cadre selection mechanism,the lack of class cadre training program and the lack of class cadre evaluation mechanism.The fifth part:the basic strategy of improving the management efficiency of class cadre team.In the practice of front-line education,the author conducted an action research on the class cadre team management of the class students of the 2019 and 2020 junior middle school classes,and thoroughly exchanged cases of class cadre management with a number of experienced front-line class teachers,after the integration and refinement,this paper puts forward the tactics of team management of class cadres from four aspects.Set up the scientific management concept of class cadre team,set up the network relation model of class cadre team,set up the contingent and effective training plan of class cadre team,innovate the evaluation mechanism of class cadre team with distinct rewards and punishments.The strategy of team management of class cadres proposed in this paper is helpful to improve the overall quality of class cadres,and provides a feasible reference for the class cadres management of rural junior middle school teachers.It helps to perfect the class cadre management system for schools to promote the model,and enrich the junior5 middle school cadre team management theory. |
