| Preschool childhood is the key period to shape children’s character.Whether a good character is formed at this stage is of great significance to children’s future development.Large class children are in the critical period of immature curriculum transition,and the shaping of character is particularly important.Folktales are short and concise,with rich plots and characters,which are close to children’s life.Taking the activity of folktales as a career for a form of excellent character of children in large classes not only helps to convey traditional culture,but also helps to shape and nurture the character of the child.This study mainly used the methods of questionnaire,observation and interview to intervene the children in the experimental class for three months.Taking the folktale activity as the starting point and focusing on the theme of "honesty,cooperation and courage",12 folktale activities were carried out.Based on an analysis of the current situation and references to problems,the activity research scheme was designed.In order to verify this effect,two large classes were selected as the experimental class and the control class.The experimental class carried out folktale activitity for three months,while the control class maintained normal kindergarten daily teaching activities.Before we start,this problem is used to confirm that the identity development between the two classes has not changed.After the activity,the personality status and each dimension difference of children in the two classes were investigated through a questionnaire,and the teachers and parents were interviewed.The results show that there are significant differences in behavioural levels among children and in different dimensions,that is,the intervention of folktale activity is conducive to the improvement of children’s honesty,cooperation and courage.Finally,according to the research process and conclusions,the researcher puts forward targeted educational suggestions,from the perspective of kindergartens,teachers and parents,shaping the excellent quality of children in large classes with folktale activity as the carrier. |
