Preschool children are a crucial period for character cultivation,especially for large class children who are in the middle of childhood.Having good character is of great significance for future development,so more attention should be paid to the cultivation of their character.The folk story picture book is an excellent material for character education of young children,and has its own unique and irreplaceable value in character education of young children.This study will take the folkbook picture book as the starting point,based on the actual development needs of the selected children in the study class,take the "brave" character as the theme,take a research paradigm of action research,analyze the current situation and problem attribution,and propose research After making assumptions,the initial action research plan was designed.In the initial direction of action research development,through collective teaching activities,game activities,sports activities,day-to-day life guidance,and homeland cooperation,etc.,constantly reflect and adjust the program of activities,and finally explore a child's "brave" character education training path.This study uses a "three-stage" action study to design children's "brave" character education activities into three rounds,each of which points to improving the brave behavior that children need to improve,and the character training model at each stage is perceived bravery——Experience bravery—Practice bravery,emphasizing the unity of moral cognition,moral emotion,and moral behavior.Each action research takes planning,action,observation,reflection,and re-planning as steps to form a spiral development process,and then designs the activity plan from the aspects of education goals,content,and implementation of practical activities.After three rounds of action research,children's observations,interviews,and parents' feedback have shown that children's moral cognition and moral affection have improved markedly,and some children's behavioral performance has also changed to a certain extent.It has also had a certain positive impact on professional development.
