Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Aesthetic Education In Local Colleges And Universities In The New Era

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.As an important part of the integration of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,aesthetic education is of great significance to the all-round development of college students in the new era.Aesthetic education can improve people’s aesthetic cognition,aesthetic ability and aesthetic quality.Aesthetic education is mainly carried out through school aesthetic education.In recent years,school aesthetic education has achieved remarkable results,but under the background of the new era,the actual situation of the implementation of aesthetic education in colleges and universities in China is not optimistic.Due to the lack of attention to aesthetic education by colleges and students in the new era,the imperfect curriculum system of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,and the weak strength of teachers,the value of aesthetic education has not been fully reflected.This study adopts the literature research method and survey method.On the basis of combing the literature,this study defines the three core concepts of aesthetic education,college aesthetic education and local college aesthetic education,and uses the Marxist theory of all-round human development,Maslow’s hierarchical demand theory and Cai Yuanpei’s aesthetic education thought as the theoretical basis to clarify the value of aesthetic education and the importance of college aesthetic education,supplemented by questionnaires and interviews,Starting from the survey data,this paper deeply understands the current situation of the implementation of aesthetic education in four local colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,and analyzes the existing problems.First of all,this study relies on the "simultaneous development of five education" to return to the essence of aesthetic education;Secondly,in order to ensure the scientificity and preciseness of the research,this study selected four local colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province as the research object,conducted a questionnaire survey on freshmen to seniors,conducted individual interviews with students,school managers and aesthetic education teachers,and analyzed the aesthetic education consciousness,aesthetic education teachers,aesthetic education courses,aesthetic education practice activities,humanistic atmosphere of aesthetic education.The existing problems can be summarized as follows:colleges and universities and college students pay insufficient attention to aesthetic education,the strength of aesthetic education teachers in Colleges and universities is weak,the aesthetic education curriculum in colleges and universities is imperfect,and college students neglect the practice of aesthetic education;The attribution analysis of these problems is summarized as follows: colleges and students have insufficient understanding of aesthetic education,colleges and universities have insufficient investment in aesthetic education,and the curriculum system of aesthetic education in colleges and universities is not perfect;Finally,by learning from the excellent experience and examples of aesthetic education at home and abroad,and according to the actual situation of the implementation of aesthetic education in local colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions,which are: Deepening the awareness of aesthetic education,strengthening the strength of aesthetic education teachers in colleges and universities,improving the curriculum system of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,improving the practical activity platform of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,and optimizing the cultural environment of college campus,in order to improve the aesthetic education literacy of college students.
