With the development and progress of society,our country has successively issued documents to advocate student-based education.They suggest that students need a "good teacher" in physical education who can meet their own requirements.But at present,China’s selection of outstanding primary and secondary school physical education teachers mainly takes the teacher’s teaching age,awards,students’ sports achievements as consideration standard.However,these evaluation criteria are not determined from the perspective of students,resulting in that excellent physical teachers are not necessarily "good teachers" in students’ minds.Based on this background,this paper constructs the characteristics of "good teacher" and its influencing factors model in the minds of primary and secondary school students based on rooted theoretical methods,aiming to provide a reference basis for the selection,training,assessment and shaping of the image of "good physical education teacher".This paper takes "the ’good teacher’ of physical education in the minds of primary and secondary school students" as the research object,"30 primary and secondary school students in Jiande City" as the in-depth interview object,and "1080 students from 6primary and secondary schools in Jiande City" as the questionnaire survey object,and uses literature,in-depth interview,expert consultation,questionnaire survey,data analysis and other research methods to discuss the basic characteristics and influencing factors of sports "good teacher" in the minds of primary and secondary school students to explore the characteristics of the "good teacher" of physical education in the minds of primary and secondary school students and its influencing factors.Research Conclusions:(1)It is popular to construct the model of characteristics and influencing factors of "good teacher" in primary and middle school students’ mind,and can be used to evaluate "good teacher" in physical education.The feature model includes 10 items three dimensions: physical education literacy,physical emotion literacy and personal personality literacy;The influencing factor model includes 12 items from three dimensions: teacher’s personal characteristics,teacher’s teaching ability and teacher’s charm.(2)There are significant differences in the characteristics of "good teachers" in physical education in the minds of students in the non-classmate group.Pupils think the importance of physical education teaching quality is the highest,and the importance of physical education teaching quality decreases with the increase of the learning level;There are significant differences between urban and rural students in the characteristics of "good teachers" in physical education.Students in urban areas think the importance of physical education teaching quality is higher than those in rural areas;There are significant differences in the characteristics of "good teacher" in the mind of students with different PE scores,and the importance of the three dimensions of "good teacher" in the mind of students with excellent PE scores is much higher than that of other students.(3)In primary and middle school students’ mind,the top 5 items of the importance of "good teachers" are: caring for every student,treating students equally;Good at discovering students’ "shining point" and sports potential;Careful and patient instruction of students’ wrong movements;Discipline yourself,know mistakes to change;Be energetic and energetic.In primary and middle school students’ mind,the top five factors of influencing factors of "good teacher" in physical education are as follows: physical teacher’s personality;Teaching style;Age;Physical health;Ability to demonstrate action.(4)There are significant differences in the influencing factors of "good teacher" in the eyes of students in the non-classmate segment.The most important factor in the evaluation of PE teachers is the teacher’s teaching ability,while the most important factor in the evaluation of PE teachers for junior middle school students is the teacher’s personal characteristics;There are significant differences in the influencing factors of "good teacher" in the mind of students with different PE scores,and the most important influencing factor of excellent PE scores in evaluating PE teachers is teacher’s charm.Research recommendations:According to the above research results and problems,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)Physical education teachers should dress neatly and cleanly,wear sports clothes and wear sports shoes in class.(2)Physical education teachers should be energetic,stable and passionate in teaching attitude.(3)Physical education teachers need to be compassionate,caring for the weak,fair and just in the treatment of students.(4)Physical education teachers should have extensive humanistic knowledge and excellent sports skills in terms of knowledge structure.(5)Physical education teachers are required to be flexible,innovative,continuous improvement in teaching methods.(6)Primary school teachers should focus more on atmosphere,middle school teachers on strict and high school teachers on reasoning.
