| Mental health education of middle school students is an important research topic.The teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in middle school can well connect with mental health education,and the practical efficiency of mental health education can be improved through the reform of classroom teaching.Morality and Rule of Law is closely related to traditional mental health education.The mental health education and the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law have the same educational function,educational goal and teaching content.It is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of middle school students’ mental health education through curriculum teaching in implementing the requirements of curriculum standards and cultivating talents through virtue.The mental health efficacy achieved by course teaching can be preliminarily measured by the standards of students’ learning efficiency,thinking creation,interpersonal communication and emotion.The investigation on the current situation of the mental health education of Morality and Rule of Law in middle school shows that the mental health education needs to be carried out for a considerable part of middle school students because of their difficulties in individual physiology,school learning,family environment and interpersonal communication.The survey also shows that: on the one hand,the current mental health education in the middle school Morality and Rule of Law class has achieved a lot of results,such as students’ awareness of self-education,teachers’ awareness of students’ health psychological education,the school attaches importance to the development of mental health education activities and courses year by year;On the other hand,there are still many deficiencies in the mental health education of Morality and Rule of Law in middle school,such as the lack of emotional resonance between teachers and students in the classroom,the vague goal of mental health education,the inadequate mining of educational content,the lack of innovation in teaching methods,and the single evaluation mechanism.Based on the investigation and relevant analysis,we can deal with the improvement of mental health education efficiency in the middle school Morality and Rule of Law classroom teaching from the aspects of teachers,classroom teaching content,classroom atmosphere,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.Through the improvement of teachers’ ability,the communication between teachers and students,the reform of teaching content,the adjustment of teaching methods,and the diversification of teaching evaluation,the effectiveness of mental health education in the class of Morality and Rule of Law can be significantly improved.Through the design of specific teaching plans and the practice in middle school class,as well as the measurement of students’ mental health efficacy after class,the effectiveness of the strategies proposed in this paper has been tested to a high degree.The research on improving the effectiveness of mental health education in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in middle school is a complex and challenging subject,and further research should be carried out in theory and practice in the future. |
