With the continuous development of a new round of basic curriculum reform,the development and utilization of curriculum resources has gradually received attention.Red cultural resources originate from the five thousand years of civilization history of the Chinese nation.It is the revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture formed by the Communist Party of China in the process of leading the people to carry out revolution,construction,reform and development in the new era.It reflects the Chinese traditional virtues of self-reliance and hard work;it contains the spiritual strength of children of all ethnic groups in China to continue to struggle and fight tenaciously.If red cultural resources,based on local conditions,can be developed and applied to the teaching of Philosophy and Culture in senior high schools,it will enrich the curriculum resources of Philosophy and Culture;improve the appeal and affinity of Philosophy and Culture teaching;facilitate the heritage of red culture.It can be said that the application of red cultural resources in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture is at the right time.As an old revolutionary base,Xinyang has unique regional cultural advantages,which provides vivid materials for the integration of red cultural resources into the teaching of Philosophy and Culture in local high schools.It also facilitates improving the level of red education for teachers,and accepting the influence of red culture as well as establishing red culture ideal for students.However,from the perspective of the actual application of Xinyang red cultural resources in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture,there are still some problems,which are mainly reflected in the lack of in-depth exploration in the process of resource utilization,the relatively limited methods and the inefficiency in resource utilization.The reasons are that teachers’ awareness of resource development and utilization is slightly weak,students’ lower motivation to use resources to learn,and the guarantee mechanism for resource development and utilization is not perfect.Therefore,in order to optimize the application effect of regional red cultural resources in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture in senior high school,we need to take consolidating the basis of resource application as the starting point,create a good teaching environment and change teachers’ and students’ ideas on resource application;Take improving the depth of resource utilization as the key point,select red culture materials from multiple angles,and use red culture resources in multiple links;Focusing on enriching the ways of resource utilization,organize practical teaching activities,broaden the scope of resource utilization,carry out network teaching activities and strengthen the effect of resource utilization;Taking the establishment and improvement of the guarantee mechanism for resource development and utilization as the breakthrough point,standardize the organizational guarantee for resource utilization and strengthen the material guarantee of resource utilization.Taking improving the resource utilization evaluation system as the foothold,we should realize the diversification of evaluation subjects and the science of evaluation contents.
