The new Ideological and Political textbook for Senior High School organized by the Ministry of Education began to be formally used in Shandong and other places in September 2019.For the first time,the new textbook integrates philosophy module and culture module into a compulsory textbook ——Philosophy and Culture.Compared with the original teaching materials,the knowledge structure of the new teaching materials is more reasonable,and the teaching examples are more novel,but the changes in the specific knowledge points are relatively small.Because the philosophical principles are relatively abstract,some students have difficulty in understanding,and the study of cultural knowledge pays more attention to the cultivation of students' emotion and attitude,so it is very necessary to develop and apply curriculum resources.Chinese excellent traditional culture is closely related to students,and has profound connotation and various forms of expression.It is a very important curriculum resource in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture.This paper aims to find the strategy of developing and applying Chinese excellent traditional cultural resources in the teaching of Philosophy and Culture in senior high school.Based on clarifying the basic concepts,this paper comprehensively uses the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the present situation.Finally,the existing problems are analyzed according to the investigation results,and the improvement direction is found.Specifically,it consists of the following three parts.The first part clarifies what is culture,what is Chinese excellent traditional cultural resources,and the significance of developing and applying Chinese excellent traditional cultural resources in high school Philosophy and Culture teaching.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation.According to the survey results,it can be found that there are four main problems in the development and application of Chinese excellent traditional cultural resources: lack of innovation,randomness,lack of subjectivity of students and lack of organic combination of resources inside and outside the school.The third part is the foothold of the article.This paper clarifies the principles of development and application,and expounds the concrete improvement strategies from four aspects: giving full play to teachers' subjective initiative,defining the steps of development and application,mobilizing students' subjective initiative and constructing the cooperative mechanism inside and outside the school.Finally,taking the lesson Treat Chinese traditional culture correctly as an example.
