In recent years,the scale of higher education in China has gradually expanded,the number of students who apply for postgraduate degree has been increasing year by year,and the postgraduate entrance examination training industry has begun to flourish.But its service quality is uneven,and the students’ satisfaction is not satisfactory.This thesis has investigated and analyzed the development status and existing problems of the postgraduate entrance examination training industry,and then put forward the necessity and urgency of improving the satisfaction of students by improving the service quality of the postgraduate entrance examination training industry.In this paper,the questionnaire was designed with 22 scales from 5 dimensions of SERVQUAL model in combination with the actual situation and research results of Xiamen.Then a questionnaire survey was conducted on the students from the major postgraduate entrance examination training institutions in Xiamen,and the survey data was analyzed and processed with SPSS25.0.Using the factor analysis method,the four influencing factors for the student’s satisfaction of the postgraduate training institutions are obtained: teaching quality,service level,teaching environment and teacher-student relationship.The factor scores are: 3.626,4.325,6.659 and 2.920 respectively.Factor weights are W1:0.397,W2: 0.358,W3:0.132,and W4:0.113 respectively.According to the weighted average of the factor score,the overall student satisfaction score of Xiamen postgraduate entrance examination training institutions is4.202.The score is above average and the satisfaction is not satisfactory.On the basis of the research,the corresponding supporting strategies and measures to improve student satisfaction are put forward.Firstly,in terms of teaching quality,(1)pay attention to the design of training course,improve the teaching plan;(2)improve the overall level of teachers,attach importance to training for teachers,and propose solutions to teachers’ resignation problems and;(3)establish teaching quality management standards,improve teachers’ teaching quality.Secondly,in terms of service level,(1)improve the information provision to students,including internal student information records,external college enrollment information collection,establish a sound information collection network;(2)increase after-class services for students.(3)improve the charge and refund management,establish a clear and reasonable fee standard and improve the refund system.Thirdly,in terms of teaching environment,(1)improve teaching facilities;(2)provide study rooms for students.Fourthly,in terms of the teacher-student relationship,create a relax atmosphere,and enhance the stickiness between teachers and students by paying students individual attention and providing personalized tracking services.
