Research On The Promotion Strategy Of Golf In Primary And Secondary Schools In Nanjing

Golf is a fashionable sport integrating leisure,sports,entertainment and social activities.With the continuous development of the national economy,golf is booming in China.In April,2022,the Ministry of Education issued the curriculum standard for physical education and health in compulsory education,which mentioned that new sports should be introduced into schools to enhance students’ understanding of sports culture in different countries and regions.The introduction of golf into the curriculum system of physical education and health in primary and secondary schools will increase its influence among teenagers,help to popularize golf,and is the key to cultivate more golf talents and improve the competitive level of golf in China.However,due to the special requirements of the project for venues,equipment and facilities,as well as people’s prejudice,the popularity of golf is not high,young people are lack of talents,and golf education and training for young people are insufficient.This study discusses the bottleneck of golf campus infrastructure construction,and grasps the resistance factors that restrict the popularization and development,which is an urgent problem to be solved in campus golf.In this paper,the research methods such as on-the-spot investigation,literature,interview and questionnaire are used to conduct in-depth research on the current situation of the development of golf in primary and secondary schools in Nanjing.Based on the analysis of the field equipment and facilities,teachers,curriculum,teaching status and other aspects,the resistance factors to the development of golf in primary and secondary schools in Nanjing are found out,and the following conclusions are drawn: 1 Nanjing Primary and secondary school campus golf has a certain mass base in primary and secondary schools.However,compared with other sports,the penetration rate is still not high;2.Most of the golf courses in primary and secondary schools in Nanjing are in the form of elective courses,students’ schoolwork is heavy,and the allocation of golf class hours is small;3.The lack of teachers,the general technical level,and the lack of relevant training lead to the low teaching quality of the course;4.The construction of golf course teaching materials in primary and secondary schools lags behind,and the course system is not perfect;5.The lack of facilities and equipment and outdated ideas restrict the development of golf in primary and secondary schools;6.There are few schools carrying out golf,and there is a lack of systematic docking among primary schools,junior high schools and senior high schools.According to the existing problems,this paper provides referential suggestions for the development of golf in primary and secondary schools in Nanjing: 1.Implement the teachers’ strength in a variety of ways to improve their own quality;2.Speed up the updating and construction of teaching materials,and enrich the course content and teaching content;3.Increase the investment in golf equipment and facilities,and reduce the course cost through school enterprise cooperation;4.Change the concept,increase the publicity of golf,and strengthen the students’ understanding of campus golf;5.Take advantage of the sunshine sports platform to standardize the competition system;6.Open up access to higher education and reserve excellent talents.
