Discussion On The Development Strategy Of Social Work In Nanhai District, Foshan City From The Perspective Of Resource Integration

With the continuous deepening of the reform and opening-up process,the economic and social structure of China as a whole has undergone earth-shaking changes,and the people's needs have also shifted from eating and drinking in the past to craving for a higher standard of living.This is a method of social management for the Chinese government.The conversion puts forward higher requirements.The party's 18 th Congress emphasized the need to form as soon as possible a social management system in which leaders of party committee members,government departments are responsible for the main responsibility,the whole society is developing simultaneously,all citizens participate in social services,and laws and regulations guarantee the system;The system of self-governance of the modern social organization system.Due to the late start,the social work in all regions of our country is still only at the initial stage.The main problem that plagues the development of social work in many regions is the lack of resources such as capital and manpower.This problem is difficult to effectively solve in a short time..Can regions improve the efficiency of resource utilization through resource integration and improve the development of social work in the region? Exploring this issue has important practical significance for accelerating the development of social work in China.Based on the theory of resource integration,this research adopts literature research methods,field inspection methods,and research methods of key object interview methods to conduct a detailed study on the development process of the social work industry in Nanhai District to understand the development background and early difficulties of social work in the Nanhai District.The resource integration strategy adopted compares and analyzes the changes in the industry before and after the integration of social work in the Nanhai District,and draws the main conclusions of this study: take the road of resource integration and systematically develop various resources related to the development of the social work industry.The integrated use of resources can accelerate the development of social work itself by increasing theefficiency of resource use under conditions that the government and society are always investing.Social work in the Nanhai District can achieve rapid development within a few short years.This is due in large part to the effective integration of resources related to the development of social work,and the ability to take advantage of resource integration in the event of relatively insufficient supply of resources.Strategies,including the establishment of a resource delivery system,improved capital investment structure,equal emphasis on talent cultivation and model innovation,multi-pronged development of organizational resources,and innovative service purchasing forms,have enabled the social work in the region to achieve rapid development within a short period of time.This resource integration model has important implications for development in other regions of China.
