The improvement of swimmers’performance is the best embodiment of whether a training course or a period of training time is effective.If you want to improve the competitive level,you need to seek changes in training content and training methods.For coaches,the training plan is a concrete embodiment of the coaches’training objectives for athletes.Through the coaches’training level for athletes,formulate a systematic and structural training process and direction,so as to achieve the objectives.With the continuous development of modern competitive swimming,the level of coaches is increasingly reflected in the formulation of training plans.At the same time,it is also of great significance to the breakthrough of athletes’performance.Its importance is no less than the technical specialization of swimming itself[1].The theoretical research and practice in the training of competitive athletes have proved that scientifically planning the training content and intensity is one of the important factors to effectively improve the competitive level of athletes.Good speed quality,as the ability to maintain the highest speed,should occupy a prominent position in the training of short-distance swimming,which has also become one of the contents that the swimming circles all over the world need to innovate and study.How to accurately grasp the training methods and training contents is the subject of research and exploration to improve the training of swimmers at this stage.Research on the breakthrough ways of Yu Hexin speed training of Chinese short-distance swimmers this paper takes the high-level short-distance swimmers in active service of the national team as an example.According to the current speed training methods commonly used by the national team and the targeted speed training methods in the United States,a variety of research methods,including literature,expert interviews,experimental observation,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,are adopted.On the basis of the research on the short-distance speed training methods in China,through the blood lactate index,body heart rate,self-conscious fatigue scale The changes of body composition and physiological and biochemical indexes of muscle strength were compared and analyzed.According to the changes of these indexes,we can find out the way to break through Yu Hexin speed ability of Chinese short-distance swimmers.On this basis,it provides a useful reference for promoting the sustainable development of short-distance events and scientific training of high-level swimmers in China.The results show that:Through the comparative study of Yu Hexin’s two different training modes,it is found that the large cycle of water and land speed strength training can effectively improve Yu Hexin’s heart rate,blood lactic acid tolerance,RPR fatigue effect,muscle strength,physical fitness,body composition and 50m swimming speed,with obvious differences in index values,especially for technical training,aerobic training and low and medium intensity training.Yu Hexin has different training task frameworks in 2015-2019 and 2020-2021,which are more detailed and basic,and pays more attention to the matching of speed and strength training in 2020-2021.From the comparison of the overall differences of training,there are many significant differences:training load(P=0.029**),the proportion of ability training(P=0.000***),the proportion of training methods(P=0.000***),the frequency of training methods(P=0.0132**),and the frequency of land training contents(P=0.004**).Among the changes of various indicators,the changes of heart rate(P=0.000***),blood lactic acid(P=0.000***)and RPE(P=0.001***)are significantly prominent,while the changes of body composition have no significant difference in dimension and composition.Based on Yu Hexin’s age of 25,there is limited room for improvement of body composition.In the change of muscle strength,isometric muscle strength,isotonic muscle strength and muscle endurance were improved differently,and the difference was significant(P value);For other physiological and biochemical indicators that reflect the RBC difference of good exercise intensity adaptability(P=0.039**),bu difference(P=0.020**),strength quality ability t difference(P=0.003**)and self fatigue adjustment ability C difference(P=0.005**),it shows that Yu Hexin has very good adaptability to the swimming training arrangement from 2020 to 2021,but it also indicates that he is not sensitive to technical training,aerobic training and low and medium intensity training.Therefore,effective speed strength training has created good muscle strength for Yu Hexin,including anaerobic capacity,blood lactic acid tolerance and so on.In view of this,based on the above stage changes,the ways to break through Yu Hexin speed training for Chinese short-distance swimmers are summarized as follows:The ways to break through:(1)maintain good basic physical quality and ability;(2)pay attention to the planning and arrangement of special cycle and intensity cycle;(3)sports nutrition intervention and appropriate speed training;(4)Implement the training method of water and land speed swimming(5)moderately increase the training mode of water and land matching(6)pay attention to the training content of anaerobic ability(7)grasp the speed training load.
