Abstract/Summary:
Based on the characteristics of autistic children’s weak adaptability to environmental changes,this study carried out the research on the education of transition for autistic children in preschool who are about to enter primary school,in order to improve the school preparation and adaptability of autistic children,increasing the ability of whom to a certain extent.This study mainly uses the action research method to make a preliminary exploration and attempt on the implementation of teaching strategies for the students.The research object of this paper is four autistic children in the preschool class of M Special Education School.Through the ability evaluation of relevant children before action,we can formulate an individualized education plan and design a series of teaching courses such as social networking,music and personal training according to the objectives,combined with the ability requirements of primary schools,designing teaching objectives suitable for them,including classroom routine adaptation,campus collective life adaptation and self-care ability.Finally,through the development of two rounds of action research,follow-up visits in the later stage,and re-evaluation after entering primary school,the results of this action research are obtained,so as to further analyze and summarize the implementation effect of transition service for autistic children.The results of this study are as follows:(1)Students have successfully transferred to the primary school: through one semester action research on the transition education for whom,the four children’s ability to abide by classroom conventions,adapting to collective life in school and self-care ability has been increased,and the relevant skills have also achieved good maintenance and generalization effects after entering primary school.Through the comparison of the pre-test and post-test data of VB-MAPP evaluation,it is concluded that the action research has achieved obvious results,which has played a certain role in promoting the transition of autism children from preschool to primary school.(2)Teachers’ professional knowledge and skill growth: through learning and cooperative exploration,researchers and cooperative teachers designed and adjusted teaching strategies and methods suitable for young autistic children,and their professional ability was improved.(3)The school teaching work has been improved: through the development of the research,it has improved the school’s weak awareness of the importance of transition education and the lack of teaching management,and promoted the teaching work of the first grade of primary school to be carried out better and more smoothly.
