| In recent years,some young people have experienced social phenomena that do not cherish the fruits of labor,do not want to work,and cannot work.This has greatly hindered the overall development of people and the cultivation of talents in society,and has seriously affected the implementation of the fundamental tasks of Lideshu.and the cultivation of socialist builders and successors,strengthening labor education have become an urgent need for reality.Elementary schools are at the stage of primary education,which is the best time to implement labor education.Curriculum is an important way for the implementation of education.At present,the research on labor education is gradually increasing,but most of them are concentrated in theoretical interpretation and practical problem investigation and solving strategies.There is not much research on labor education curriculum.This research focuses on the question of "How should the primary school labor education curriculum design",using D primary school as a research case,through interviews and physical collection methods,a total of 44 relevant materials were collected.Using grounded theory and categorical analysis methods,with the help of NVivo12 qualitative analysis software,combing and analyzing the collected data,exploring the reality of D primary school labor education curriculum,and providing reference for the future labor education curriculum design in primary school.The study found that D primary school has formed a relatively stable labor education curriculum design model,which specifically includes: The structure of the labor education curriculum concept is carried out from the four dimensions of main content,main characteristics,value and function,and positioning;the goal of labor education curriculum is observed from four levels: self—oriented,facing others,facing society,and facing things;determine the content of labor education courses from two aspects: selection and determination of content,organization and arrangement;designing a professional campus labor curriculum program,rich off—campus labor practices,community volunteer services,and creating a cooperation platform for home—school education are the main ways to implement labor education courses;with the activity record sheet as the main carrier,and the "planting practice" record as the auxiliary,multi—evaluation and multi—form evaluation.However,a large number of problems in the course design process were also found,focusing on the course text,course implementation,course participants,etc.The design of labor education curriculum involves many aspects such as schools,families,society,teachers,students,and parents.At the same time,the design of labor education curriculum is also a process of gradual improvement.Therefore,we can obtain several enlightenments and suggestions from the D primary school labor education curriculum: design labor education curriculum based on school culture;connect multiple forces to create a common education platform;strengthen the design of curriculum texts to form a continuous series of curriculum texts;establish a labor education curriculum system to form a normal curriculum implementation system;promote the integration of disciplines and form a greater role in educating people;Establish a regular training mechanism for teachers to form a more professional teacher educating team;Expand labor education curriculum venues to form a broader coverage of labor education. |
