| Objective: In this study, functional motion screening was used as an evaluation index to find out the problems of motion control ability, flexibility, stability and imbalance in the basic motion functions of male students in college table tennis special class. In order to correct the wrong movement pattern of the subject students, standardize and improve the quality of movement, and reduce the risk of sports injury, the formulation and implementation of the corrective training program was carried out according to the test results, and the effectiveness of the corrective training program was proved from the perspective of improving the quality of movement pattern. Methods: In this study, literature method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method was used to conduct the first FMS test and table tennis forehand pull backspin test for 23 male students in a special class of a university in Nanchang. They were randomly grouped by Excel random function, including 12 in the experimental group and 11 in the control group. After that, they were given table tennis special technique teaching twice a week for 10 weeks.Students in the experimental group took corrective training in the first 20 minutes and the last 20 minutes of class during the 10 weeks of teaching time, while the control group kept the original teaching training method.Ten weeks later, the second FMS test and the forehand backspin test were performed. The results were recorded into SPSS for comparison and analysis using the independent sample T test, paired sample T test and Chi-square test. The results were expressed as the mean ± standard deviation(?±SD).Results :(1)Before the experiment, there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in weight, age, training years, height, the number of asymmetric movements and the score of the first forehand backspin(P>0.05).(2)After the experiment, there were significant differences in the total score of FMS,over top squat, hurdle step, straight leg lift and trunk stability push-up movement mode scores between the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group; In the asymmetrical movement pattern test, there were significant differences in the number and proportion of asymmetrical movement pattern of linear lunge and squat between the two groups compared with before the experiment(P<0.05).(3)After 10 weeks of corrective training, there were significant differences in FMS total score, over top squat, hurdle step, straight leg lift and trunk stability push-up movement mode scores compared with before the experiment(P<0.05);The result of backspin forehand was significantly different from that before the experiment(P<0.05).After the control group maintained the original teaching and training methods for 10 weeks, only the result of backspin forehand was significantly different from that before the experiment(P<0.05).Conclusions :(1)There are some common problems among male students in college table tennis class, such as poor core area and upper body strength, unbalanced muscle strength of left and right sides of trunk, limited flexibility of shoulder joint, hip joint and ankle joint.(2)The total score of FMS was significantly improved through corrective training, including the scores of over top squat, hurdle step, straight leg lift and trunk stability push-ups.However,there was no obvious improvement in squat, shoulder flexibility and rotational stability.(3)Corrective training can make up for the deficiency in the basic action mode of male students in the special class of college table tennis, reduce the compensatory action, improve the flexibility and stability of each joint, and improve the quality of the basic action mode and the quality of the forehand backspin. |
