Family and country feelings are the national consciousness and national spirit of the Chinese nation formed in the long-term practice of social life,which has a solid logical basis and rich value connotation.It is necessary to integrate the feelings of family and country into the ideological and political courses of senior high school.It is necessary to guide students to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture,to improve the core quality of students’ ideological and political subjects,and to promote the all-round development of students’ morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.At present,there are some prominent problems such as lack of teaching content,lack of novelty in teaching methods,lack of enthusiasm in students’ learning and lack of multi-dimensional evaluation system,which are mainly caused by solidification of exam-oriented system and cognitive bias of teachers.In view of the existing problems and causes,high school ideological and political teachers should be based on the basic task of moral education,follow the "eight unity" requirements put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,make full use of the excellent Traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture to increase the thickness of "integration";Situational teaching method,topic teaching method and discrimination teaching method should be used to increase the intensity of "integration".The validity of "integration" should be increased by diversifying evaluation subjects,methods and contents.We should increase the width of "integration" in community activities,public welfare activities and research activities.
