The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is crucial for cultivating qualified and reliable socialist builders and successors,and for fulfilling the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.In December 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that ideological and political work should be integrated into the whole process of education and teaching,and that other courses should go in the same direction as ideological and political theory courses to form a synergistic effect.This is a new requirement for ideological and political theory courses and other courses,and many related documents have also been promulgated.The proposal of the concept of curriculum ideological and political education is an innovative development of the traditional ideological and political work concept,and the research on curriculum ideology and politics also has important theoretical significance and practical value.With the theme of "Course Ideology and Politics" and based on the investigation of some colleges and universities in Gansu Province,this paper uses the literature research method and comparative research method to expound the basic theory of curriculum ideology and politics and the current situation,realistic reference,direction of efforts,and thinking countermeasures of curriculum ideological and political construction in Gansu Province colleges and universities from a holistic perspective.First of all,it defines the concepts of curriculum,ideological and political courses,and curriculum ideology and politics,discriminates the relationship between ideological and political courses and curriculum ideology and politics,traces the theoretical basis of curriculum ideology and politics,summarizes the basic characteristics of curriculum ideology and politics.It also points out the construction of curriculum ideology and politics is conducive to adhering to the direction of socialist education,implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and guiding young college students to grow better.Then,around the Gansu Provincial colleges and universities to carry out the research on the current situation of the construction of curriculum ideology and politics,mainly to understand the specific situation of theoretical research from the perspective of curriculum ideological and political publications and project establishment,and grasp the relevant situation of practice development from the perspective of the implementation of main responsibilities,the form of specific practice development,and the improvement of teacher quality.On this basis,it points out that the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in Gansu Province colleges and universities needs to continue to exert efforts from the aspects of the concept of ideological and political education in the curriculum,the actual teaching and the need to educate people,and the joint force of curriculum education.And,analyzes the difficulties for the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in Gansu Province colleges and universities,which needs to overcome the difficulties in terms of the main responsibility,the curriculum education resources,the construction of the teaching team,the scientific and effective education mechanism,and the external social environment.According to the current situation,direction of efforts,and difficulties in the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in Gansu Province colleges and universities,it is necessary to put forward specific ideas and countermeasures.That is to say,to take the objectives and tasks of the curriculum ideology and politics as the guide,take the basic principles as the guide,and to carry out the construction of curriculum ideology and politics by strengthening the linkage of the ideological and political levels of the curriculum,attaching importance to the potential of the curriculum to cultivate people,improving the comprehensive literacy of teachers,improving the education mechanism of curriculum ideology and politics,and expanding the space for online and offline education.
