Education must face all students,train can act as a new era of national revival highest and at present,the growing problem of university "poor student",the serious influence to the teaching quality of higher education and university students’ sound development and cause a lot of social problems,is not coordinate with the development of social demand,is also not conducive to the advancement of society as a whole.It is the core quality of ideological and political education discipline and the responsibility of higher education to explore the reasons for the learning difficulties of college students,seek the way to realize the practical transformation of the "learning difficulties of college students",and promote the students to achieve a more comprehensive development in the key stage.Based on the ideological and political education as A research perspective,combing the relevant research literature at home and abroad,with A university in Gansu province as an example,using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews,aiming at the current situation of university students’ learning difficulties and causes on the system research and analysis,the attempt to explore the "poor student" ideological and political education in colleges and universities support strategy,It provides some thoughts for the study of the problem of "students with learning difficulties" in colleges and universities,and provides some referential suggestions for further solving the problem of "students with learning difficulties" in ideological and political education.Through the investigation of the learning situation of the "learning difficulties students" in colleges and universities,it is found that the "learning difficulties students" have a certain commonality in thought and behavior,in the aspect of learning fear,inferiority and resistance,their learning effect,academic planning and learning enthusiasm are not satisfactory.Through the analysis found that the reason of difficulty of "poor student" academic focus on individuals,families,schools and the social four aspects,most of the "poor student" in terms of its own development there is a learning motive is not clear,learning method is not reasonable,in the process of learning and growing lack of family care,there are some obstacles in communication,"Students with learning difficulties" generally reflect that the school’s learning atmosphere is not strong enough,and the support mechanism is not perfect.In addition,the social atmosphere is impetuous and full of temptation,and the social environment needs to be further strengthened.Aiming at the problems in university "poor student",the primary problem to fully activate "poor student" intrinsic motivation,strengthen the psychological counseling "poor student",arouse their learning motivation,urging them to ideological transformation,at the same time to actively improve the education methods,give full play to the role of ideological and political theory course teachers,from the education content and teaching methods,promoting education "courses",To realize the coordination of ideological and political courses and professional courses,to further establish and improve the academic early warning mechanism,to create a comprehensive three-dimensional platform to help "students with learning difficulties",and to expand the transformation channels through party members,family and school,friends and examples,and strive to improve the new level of ideological and political education transformation of "students with learning difficulties".
